Is there no way to give negative stars? I went in to load at 1 pm, left at 4:35 pm. All this time to load 5 pallets. Believe who can!!!

Giant carrier and there is only one service to deal with deliveries. If the person is not available, there is no one who can help. Employees with extreme ill will, ironic and treat us as if we were asking for a favor and not paying for the service.
