★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não RECOMENDO , não entrega no horário combinado, entrega era pro dia 14/12, não entregaram, dps pediram pra ser no dia 17/12 não entregaram, agora estou esperando pq preciso da minha mercadoria urgente, paguei o frete caro pra poder atrasar , e fora que não respondem.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheço e trabalho com várias transportadoras, e pela primeira vez estou usando o transporte da IMPAKTO, infelizmente foi a pior transportadora que estou tendo o desprazer de trabalhar, será a primeira e última carga que essa empresa sem compromisso com o cliente prestará serviços para nossa empresa.
A falta de respeito e comunicação é péssima, funcionários sem compromisso em nos passar informações de onde se encontra a mercadoria, e assim faz mais de um mês aguardando receber uma mercadoria que já paguei junto com o frete dessa empresa.
Não façam negócio com a TRANSPORTADORA IMPAKTO, caso contrário só terão aborrecimentos, por que eles trabalham ainda na idade da pedra.
I know and work with several carriers, and for the first time I am using IMPAKTO transport, unfortunately it was the worst carrier that I have the displeasure of working, it will be the first and last load that this company without commitment to the customer will provide services to our company .
The lack of respect and communication is terrible, employees are not committed to giving us information on where the merchandise is, and so I have been waiting for more than a month to receive merchandise that I have already paid for along with the freight from that company.
Do not do business with TRANSPORTADORA IMPAKTO, otherwise you will only have annoyances, because they still work in the stone age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportadora horrível, mercadoria está parada com eles a mais de 20 aguardando um pagamento de frete antecipado, porem não avisam nem o destinatário nem o remetente que tem que pagar antes de enviar. Atendimento péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior transportadora que conheço , descumpre prazo e tem o pior atendimento ao cliente que já vi em anos . NÃO CONTRATEM !!! Não vale a pena o desgaste . Tive que entrar com processo judicial pois sequer sei onde esta minha mercadoria , no telefone a própria gerente comercial KELLY faz pouco caso e ignora o cliente , mesmo com a carga sumida a mais de 30 dias. Precisa ser extinta por falta de profissionalismo.
Worst carrier I know, misses deadline and has the worst customer service I've seen in years. DO NOT HIRE!!! Not worth the wear. I had to file a lawsuit because I don't even know where my merchandise is, on the phone the commercial manager KELLY makes little difference and ignores the customer, even with the cargo missing for more than 30 days. It needs to be extinguished for lack of professionalism.

Quebraram a máquina que vendi pra o cliente, NÃO RECOMENDO PROFISSIONALISMO ZERO
