Funcionários altamente educados e capacitados...
Porém, tenho que dizer que R$ 350,00 pra saber qual é o problema do alarme do meu carro, é impossível...
Gostaria muito de manter a originalidade do meu carro. Mas, desta forma, tenho que instalar outro alarme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem atendido pelo vendedor Sr.João, acompanhou até o momento da entrega do veículo, somente fiquei desapontado, porque o veículo, um City EXL zero km, não vem com os tapetes, uma reclamação pelo que notei ,de todas as pessoas que fazem a compra , motivo das pessoas saírem chateadas , não com a CB, e sim com a Honda, deste jeito, logo vai vir sem a direção!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei e não recomendo, marquei a troca de uma peça e quando cheguei lá os caras descobriram que a peça estava errada e não servia no meu carro, me obrigando a remarcar a troca para outro dia.
Uma concercionária cometer um erro primário desses é imperdoável.
I didn't like it and I don't recommend it, I booked a replacement for a part and when I got there the guys found out that the part was wrong and it didn't fit in my car, forcing me to reschedule the exchange for another day.
A concessionaire making such a primary mistake is unforgivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu carro nesta concessionária e fiz todas as revisões lá. Como toda concessionária, os preços cobrados são maiores que em outras oficinas. Concordo. Porém precisei de reparo em funilaria e o valor cobrado foi altíssimo. O reparo foi realizado na CB Santos. Mas deixou muito a desejar. Encontrei o mesmo serviço por menos da metade do valor que cobraram, e decidi realizar na concessionária. Não gostei do resultado final.
I bought my car from this dealership and had all the repairs done there. Like any dealership, the prices charged are higher than in other repair shops. I agree. However, I needed repairs in the bodywork and the amount charged was very high. The repair was carried out at CB Santos. But it left a lot to be desired. I found the same service for less than half the amount they charged, and I decided to do it at the dealership. I didn't like the end result.
