Nós mulheres, sempre que precisamos de serviços de mecânico e funilaria ficamos com medo de nos sentir enganadas em um ambiente primordialmente masculino.
Mas na CB Car o atendimento foi MUITO BOM, todos foram muito claros em relação aos reparos que seriam necessários em meu carro, me explicaram muito bem a respeito dos procedimentos do seguro e sempre que questionava em relação a entrega do veículo me respondiam prontamente.

But at CB Car the service was VERY GOOD, everyone was very clear about the repairs that would be necessary in my car, they explained me very well about the insurance procedures and whenever I asked about the delivery of the vehicle, they answered me promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero aqui deixar minha insatisfação com essa oficina, sou cliente da seguradora Youser, tiver desprazer de ter uma colisão com meu veículo onde precisei acionar a seguradora, fui até uma oficina de minha confiança porém a seguradora negou o serviço, e me indicou a CB CAR como sua credenciada onde infelizmente deixei meu veículo para o reparo, pois bem... a seguradora é a tal da oficina no primeiro momento se alinharam e fizeram um novo orçamento sem se quer me informar o que iria ser feito e começaram a fazer o serviço, portas lado direito deveriam ser trocadas e hoje não sei se foi trocadas, a roda do carro "intem de segurança" a oficina mandou recuperar a roda e recolocou como se fosse uma roda nova, fizeram um corte na lateral do veículo onde segundo 4 orçamentos q tinha feito antes nenhum dos profissionais faria de tal forma, tendo em vista q falei quando fui deixar o veículo que antes de fazer tal procedimento me comunica-se como ia ser feito antes de fazer, esse serviço foi feito ainda por cima de péssima qualidade deixando marca de soldas, ondulações e desalinhamento das partes cortadas. Sem contar que foi colocado peças recuperadas e peças velhas no meus veículo. Toda a pintura q foi feita esta com defeito. Não me apresentaram se quer uma nota fiscal das relações de peças que foram trocadas. Enfim não recomendo a tal oficina.
I want to leave here my dissatisfaction with this workshop, I am a customer of Youser insurance company, I have the displeasure of having a collision with my vehicle where I needed to call the insurance company, I went to a workshop I trust but the insurance company denied the service, and referred me to CB CAR as its accredited where unfortunately I left my vehicle for repair, well... the insurance company is the one from the workshop at first they lined up and made a new budget without letting me know what was going to be done and started doing the service , doors on the right side should be changed and today I don't know if it was changed, the car wheel "intem of safety" the workshop had the wheel recovered and put it back as if it were a new wheel, they made a cut on the side of the vehicle where according to 4 quotes q had done before, none of the professionals would do it in such a way, considering that I said when I left the vehicle that before doing such a procedure let me know how it was going to be done before doing it, this service was done and on top of that, poor quality, leaving marks of welds, undulations and misalignment of the cut parts. Not to mention that recovered parts and old parts were placed in my vehicle. All the paint that was done is faulty. They didn't show me if you want an invoice for the parts that were exchanged. Anyway, I don't recommend this workshop.
