★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após uma botinha totalmente descaracterizada, enviamos a foto comparando com o que seria correto e fomos orientados pelo atendente Anderson a procurar outro lugar para agendar banhos e fazer a parte estética. Ração enviada errada, esquecimento de tosa, botinha etc... realmente não tive sorte por aqui. Seguirei o Conselho do atendente Anderson que não se preocupa em perder um ou dois clientes e procurarei um lugar que, principalmente quando falham, que tenham humildade e deem valor aos clientes.
After a botch totally decharacterized, we sent the photo comparing with what would be correct and we were guided by the attendant Anderson to look for another place to schedule baths and do the esthetic part. Sending wrong food, forgetting coughing, booze etc ... I really had no luck here. I will follow the advice of the Anderson attendant who does not worry about losing one or two clients and will look for a place that, especially when they fail, that they have humility and value their customers.

I was out of the pet looking at the treatment, the way they do the service, even though it's the last time for, tired, the affection and care were spectacular, grade 1000 thank you guys, may God continue to bless each one of you ??
