★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o psiquiatra(Dr Laerte)que atendeu minha mãe (ela tem TAG e ansiedade e depressão),ele deu remédios pra dois meses nesse período ela perdeu o emprego não deu pra pagar uma nova consulta (que pra eles não é retorno ) ela pediu pra deixar pelo menos a receita,nem isso quiseram ajudar !!! Não tão ligando pro paciente e quem saber de dinheiro,olha que ela toma tarja preta.Teve uma brusca parada está super mal.
Terrible the psychiatrist (Dr Laerte) who attended my mother (she has TAG and anxiety and depression), he gave medication for two months during this period she lost her job she couldn't pay for a new appointment (which for them is not a return) she asked to leave at least the recipe, not even that wanted to help !!! Not so calling the patient and who knows about money, look, she takes a black stripe. She had a sudden stop is super bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento não respeitam os horários.. se você não tiver o dia todo disponível para esperar a boa vontade do médico melhor procurar outra clínica.
Para ser mais exato não marquem com o psiquiatra de nome Laerte é um irresponsável que nunca costuma chegar no horario,
Poor service does not respect the schedules .. if you do not have the whole day available to wait for the goodwill of the doctor it is better to look for another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, péssimo, além da demora por ter poucas secretarias pelo numero de médicos, marcado consulta para 15:45h fiquei até 16:50h, aguardei mais de uma hora e não fui atendido, detalhe o pedido do convenio assinado NÃO foi devolvido mesmo eu não tendo sido atendido, não indico ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PASSEI EM CONSULTA COM UM MEDICO, (CONSULTA PARTICULAR) NA SEMANA SEGUINTE QUIS VOLTAR COM MEUS EXAMES E FUI INFORMADA QUE O MEDICO NÃO ESTAVA MAIS ATENDENDO. TIVE QUE MARCAR OUTRA CONSULTA E PAGAR NOVAMENTE. AGUARDANDO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA.
I WENT IN A CONSULTATION WITH A DOCTOR, (PRIVATE CONSULTATION) THE FOLLOWING WEEK I WANTED TO COME BACK WITH MY EXAMS AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DOCTOR WAS NO LONGER ATTENDING. I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND PAY AGAIN. WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK.

Outro detalhe é o tempo de espera via telefone não consegue uma resposta, tira toca ninguém atende o telefone da recepção
