Hoje liguei antes me confirmaram valor e atendimento pela terceira vez chego no local e não sou atendida .. Uma hora terminou o horário.. outra hora o valor é modificado.
Péssimo atendimento elas me reconheceu por 2 vezes por eu ter reclamado e nunca mais consegui ser atendida sempre inventam alguma informação para impedir meu atendimento
Péssimas funcionárias !
Qdo fui com meu esposo devido minha reclamação passaram ele na minha frente e me fizeram esperar por uma hora para mesmo procedimento q meu esposo.
Nunca mais eu volto e não recomendo !

Today I called before they confirmed the value and service for the third time I arrive at the place and I am not answered. One hour the schedule ended .. another time the value is changed.
Bad service, they recognized me twice because I complained and I was never able to be attended again they always invent some information to prevent my service
Lousy employees!
When I went with my husband due to my complaint, he passed it in front of me and made me wait for an hour for the same procedure as my husband.
I will never come back and do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica parece boa, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar. Eu e meu noivo fomos fazer exame médico para academia e marcamos com antecedência para às 7h. Esperamos a médica chegar até 7:40 (!!). A atendente alega que marcam maos cedo porque temos que passar pelo pre atendimento, mas esse atendimento é pra medir a pressão (em 1 minuto isso é resolvido). Tinham duas pessoas na nossa frente e só fomos atendidos às 7:55, saindo de lá às 8:05. Falta de respeito com os clientes.
The clinic looks good, but the service leaves something to be desired. My fiance and I went to the gym for a medical exam and we booked in advance for 7am. We wait for the doctor to arrive until 7:40 (!!). The attendant claims that they make appointments early because we have to go through the pre-service, but this service is to measure the pressure (in 1 minute this is resolved). There were two people in front of us and we were only served at 7:55, leaving there at 8:05. Lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já precisei utilizar os serviços desta empresa duas vezes, não entendo o motivo de agendar horário se é por ordem de chegada, nesta última vez tive que vir embora sem ser atendida pois meu horário já havia excedido e o atendimento estava praticamente parado, acabei desistindo, gastei dinheiro a toa para ir e voltar da clínica. Isso sem contar o ânimo das atendentes, dão a impressão de que trabalham no pior lugar do mundo. Não indico e espero não ter que utilizar os serviços desse lugar novamente.
I have already had to use the services of this company twice, I do not understand the reason for scheduling an appointment if it is on a first-come, first-served basis, this last time I had to leave without being answered because my hours had already exceeded and the service was practically stopped, I ended up giving up, I spent money for nothing to go to and from the clinic. Not to mention the spirit of the attendants, they give the impression that they work in the worst place in the world. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero registrar aqui meus parabéns e também meu respeito pela funcionária Maria Eduarda, que devolveu um celular perdido do meu filho. Ao sentir a falta do celular, meu filho ligou para o mesmo e ela atendeu muito educada disse ter achado próximo ao ponto de ônibus e pediu para que fosse retirado o celular na clinica, pois estava indo para o trabalho. Pessoas como ela são muito raras pois meu irmão perdeu o celular na rua onde mora e nunca mais devolveram pra ele. Parabéns mais uma vez Maria Eduarda, continue assim, dando orgulho para seus pais e também para seus verdadeiros amigos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim e desrespeitoso ! Não indico para ninguém, aliás no clube da qual sou sócio e a quem me perguntar vou desindicar. Vejam bem...liguei antes, falei com a atendente sobre horário de atendimento para fazer uma simples exame dermatológico (aqueles para uso de piscina em que o médico realiza uma especie de vistoria clinica na pele do individuo) para os meus dois filhos pequenos 4 e 2 anos; Foi me passado que as terças-feiras o atendimento era até as 16 horas. Avisei então que ia pedir para que minha esposa retirasse os 2 meninos mais cedo da creche e os levasse e que chegaria antes das 16 horas. Resumo da opera, ela chegou 15 minutos antes das 16 horas ou seja foi falado que podia chegar ate as 16 horas e ela chegou antes, mas mesmo assim o ATENDIMENTO FOI NEGADO SOB O ARGUMENTO QUE A MEDICA DE PLANTÃO ESTAVA DE SAÍDA POIS TINHA COMPROMISSO EM SÃO PAULO. Oras, não tinha ninguém na frente deles , e mesmo assim o atendimento foi negado, ainda mais sabendo tratar-se de procedimento rápido, que não leva mais de 2 minutos por pessoa. Lamentável !

Primeiro fui fazer o exame dia 09/10, não encontravam meu agendamento. Depois acharam, fiz o exame, mas seguraram minha ASO, pois segundo eles, não constava ainda o pagamento do agendamento.
Retorno hoje para retirar minha ASO, demora quase meia hora para acharem e me entregam o que? Uma cópia. Questionei sobre a original. Foi enviada por correio para uma empresa que nem é a que eu trabalho e sim a que faz os agendamentos.
A minha empresa terá que entrar em contato com a empresa que realiza agendamentos, para ai eu conseguir uma das 3 vias ORIGINAIS, para só ai, eu conseguir tira copias autenticadas para o Cliente no qual trabalho.
Solicitei a minha Coordenação que NUNCA mais seja agendado exames de nenhum colaborador neste laboratório.
Nos demais laboratórios conveniados não ocorrem esses problemas.
E só estou colocando 1 estrela, pois a GOOGLE não permite 0 estrelas.
E se por acaso, PENSAREM em responder esta crítica, percebam que não CITEI os nomes das 3 empresas envolvidas no meu caso (Cliente, Empresa na qual trabalho e Empresa que agendou o exame), para não expor elas, então não as cite.
Umas vez que seu péssimo atendimento foi com a minha pessoa.

First I went to take the exam on 09/10, they couldn't find my schedule. Then they found, I took the exam, but they held my ASO, because according to them, there was not yet the payment of the schedule.
Return today to remove my ASO, it takes almost half an hour to find and deliver me what? A copy. I questioned about the original. It was sent by mail to a company that is not the one I work for, but the one that makes the appointments.
My company will have to contact the company that makes appointments, so I can get one of the 3 ORIGINAL pathways, for there, I can get certified copies for the Client I work for.
I requested my Coordination that NEVER be scheduled exams of any collaborator in this lab.
In other associated laboratories these problems do not occur.
And I'm only putting 1 star, because GOOGLE doesn't allow 0 stars.
And if you happen to THINK about answering this criticism, realize that I did not quote the names of the 3 companies involved in my case (Client, Company in which I work and Company that scheduled the exam), so as not to expose them, then do not cite them.
Once your bad service was with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanare Serviços de Saúde Promovem entrega exame toxicológico 7 dias mas depois da coleta e já pago descobrirá que foi enganado, e com sorte depois de 30 dias quem sabe receberá resultado. Quem escolher esse serviço de laboratório é bom se antecipar para não ficar sem sua CNH pendente pelo exame como eu . Não há responsabilidade e não retornam suas reclamações com solução aceitável. Decepção, Propaganda Enganosa e NÃO RECOMENDO!
