★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este centro comunitário integrado foi construído em 1981 e entregue a população junto com o conjunto habitacional Cônego Monte. Inicialmente funcionou como espaço de capacitação para as donas de casa (curdos de corte, costura, artesanato, pintura etc) e também como centro esportivo (futebol de salão, vôlei e basquete). Depois funcionou como salas de aula do campus da UFRN, para os cursos de ciências Contábeis, Letras e Pedagogia. Atualmente, funciona como escola de ensino fundamental, sob gestão da prefeitura municipal de Santa Cruz.
This integrated community center was built in 1981 and delivered to the population together with the Cônego Monte housing complex. Initially, it functioned as a training space for housewives (Kurds of dressmaking, sewing, crafts, painting, etc.) and also as a sports center (indoor soccer, volleyball and basketball). Then it functioned as classrooms on the UFRN campus, for courses in Accounting, Literature and Pedagogy. Currently, it works as an elementary school, under the management of the Santa Cruz municipal government.
