Dei o endereço da agência perto da minha casa para a retirada, quando o aplicativo me avisou a entrega na mesma hora eu fui na agencia e o povo da agência disse que já tinha devolvido pro remetente porque não era de nenhum funcionario da agência.. Não sei nem onde pegar minha encomenda agora.. paga-se caro e não tem o mínimo de respeito com os clientes meu telefone de contato estava no pacote.. eles não me deram nem tempo de tentar.. passou da hora de privatizar

I gave the address of the agency near my house for the pick up, when the application told me about the delivery at the same time I went to the agency and the people at the agency said that it had already been returned to the sender because it was not an employee of the agency.. No I don't even know where to pick up my order now... it pays dearly and has no respect for the customers my contact number was in the package... they didn't even give me time to try... it's past time to privatize

Só o Correios enquanto ainda é Estatal não consegue separar as mercadorias e nem efetuar as entregas à tempo, pq 2 funcionários estão com Covid então tudo está parado por 10 dias, e a administração não consegue nem remanejar funcionários e nem contratar outros entregadores. É o cúmulo do absurdo à que ponto chegou o sucateamento administrativo desta instituição estatal.
Mercado Livre Delivery, Amazon Delivery, Ifood Delivery, Uber Delivery. Only the Post Office, while still being State-owned, cannot separate the goods or make deliveries on time, because 2 employees are with Covid so everything is stopped for 10 days, and the administration is unable to relocate employees or hire other couriers. It is the height of absurdity to which the administrative scrapping of this state institution has reached.

Não tenho tempo pra passar aí pra pegar minha mercadoria pq trabalho de 8h as 19h, e paguei quase 40 reais de frete por um péssimo serviço prestado.
Quero saber cadê minha encomenda.
I have my order stuck there since the 29/09 and I live almost next door to the agency.
I don't have time to go there to pick up my merchandise because I work from 8 am to 7 pm, and I paid almost 40 reais in shipping for a terrible service provided.
I want to know where my order is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não estão entregando as encomendas nas residências e o atendimento para retirada está super lotado com filas enormes. Perca de tempo de 3 a 4 horas para retirada de encomendas.
Péssimos serviços prestado uma vergonha.
Lousy service, orders are not being delivered to homes and the pick-up service is overcrowded with huge queues. Lose 3 to 4 hours of time to pick up orders.
Lousy services rendered a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima.. o correio não entrega a sua encomenda vc paga um absurdo de frete eo carteiro nem passa na sua rua e diz que vc não está em casa deveria ter respeito ao usuário dos correios..vou acionar um advogado e colocar na justiça por danos morais
Terrible.. the post office does not deliver your order, you pay an absurd amount of freight and the postman does not even pass on your street and says that you are not at home. morals
