★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ainda não foi privatizada! O serviço prestado é péssimo, o atendimento não é satisfatório, etc. Por diversas vezes notificam que a entrega será realizada e que o carteiro está na rua, mas a encomenda não chega. É torcer para que privatize o quanto antes.

A encomenda sai para a entrega e não chega, a gente desloca no Centro de distribuição e eles falam que está no carro de entrega e novamente não chega. A situação se repete várias vezes. Não imagino onde possa está o problema. Na logística? Nos colaboradores? Na falta de funcionários? Se for má vontade dos funcionários que eles saibam que estão correndo um sério risco com o clamor da sociedade na privatização desta empresa.
This company must be privatized as soon as possible! The order goes out for delivery and doesn't arrive, we go to the Distribution Center and they say it's in the delivery car and again it doesn't arrive. The situation is repeated over and over again. I can't imagine where the problem is. In logistics? In collaborators? In the absence of employees? If the employees are unwilling to let them know that they are running a serious risk with society's clamor for the privatization of this company.

Telefone não atende e sempre fala que o status no site é esse vindo de Belo Horizonte coisa que eu já sei, quero saber é quando vai sair para entrega, estou precisando muito do objeto em que comprei!!!

Mesmo eles sabem que tem app que acompanha o estatos da encomenda eles mentem ate mesmo no app. Na 1 tentativa colocaram que nao eu nao estava (o que nao é verdade) depois colocaram que o endereço estava errado sendo que comprei na magazine luiza com meu endereço de 30 anos. Pqp correios tem acabar mesmo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou obrigado a dar 1 estrela, porquê se dependesse de mim não daria nem uma te tamanha falta de profissionalismo de tamanha incompetência, a falta de respeito com a gente e de assustar. Eu Recebi uma mensagem dos correios que minha mercadoria estava a caminho que o carteiro já tinha saído para entrega, como já ouviu vários relatos que os carteiros não entregaram corretamente fiquei na porta da minha casa esperando quando o carteiro chegou ele me disse que não teria nada para mim assim que ele se foi novamente os correios me mandou uma mensagem dizendo que não foi possível a entrega porque o carteiro não foi atendido, um absurdo isso. Quando vai lá eles te atendem com falta de educação e groceria, fora o telefone deles que nunca atendem.

Vou formalizar uma denúncia na central dos correios contra esta agência CDD NORTE SETE LAGOAS. Recomendo que todos que se sintam lesados por essa agência, abram reclamação no site dos correios e também formalizem denúncia. O atendimento é péssimo e a logística é inexistente, todos esses funcionários precisam ser demitidos e a agência precisa ser repaginada, em outras cidades e em outros estados os correios funcionam, mas essa agência de sete Lagoas em específico é um desperdício do dinheiro público.
