★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, o telefone em questão so chama, foram entregar minha encomenda e disseram que o cliente era desconhecido, dois numeros de telefone no meu cadastro e eles nao tem a coragem de fazer uma ligação, nao tem nenhum suporte para o cliente, agora tenho que esperar o produto ser devolvido pra depois o fornecedor me reenviar, um absurdo!!!!
 Horrible service, the phone in question just calls, they went to deliver my order and said the customer was unknown, two phone numbers in my registration and they don't have the courage to make a call, they don't have any support for the customer, now I have to wait for the product to be returned and then the supplier resends me, absurd !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como o padrão dos serviços "públicos" péssimo caráter desses profissionais,disseram que não fizeram entrega porque não tinha ninguém, mentira! Tem gente em casa 24hs por dia,o dia que privatizar esse serviço quem sabe não funcione,além do que a gente paga por isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houve uma melhoria no serviço, porém devido a pandemia está caminhando, mas está cumprindo, somente o pessoal que é do CEE Brás que não faz entregas corretamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentaram fazer uma entrega dia 19.04, nesse dia realmente não estávamos em casa pois levamos nosso filho no médico. Falaram que tentariam a entrega novamente, mas faz 10 dias e nada! Ficamos em casa todos esses dias e não houve nova tentativa. O telefone ninguém atende, não tem atualização no site dos correios. Uma vergonha isso!
They tried to make a delivery on April 19, that day we weren't really at home because we took our son to the doctor. They said they would try delivery again, but 10 days ago and nothing! We stayed at home all these days and there was no further attempt. No one answers the phone, there is no update on the post office website. Shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou a favor de privatizações, mas os Correios precisa urgente de iniciativa privada competente, pois o governo é um péssimo gestor! O telefone esquece, ninguém atende! Não há atendimento ao público neste local, logo você precisa encontrar outra agência para despachar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei varias veze e não consegui atendimento, mas como e perto de casa, fui ate lá e vi que o pessoal tava trabalhando pesado, na maior correria pra sair com as entregas (estão de parabéns) e ai percebi o porque de não atenderem o telefone. Porem, no atendimento presencial fui super bem atendido, o rapaz que me atendeu resolveu meu problema de imediato, pedindo desculpas e ainda se prontificou a entregar hoje pela manhã. Mas como eu já estava lá, perguntei se não poderia levar a mercadoria, e o mesmo me atendeu de prontidão.
CDD Vila Prudente, parabéns aos profissionais e muito obrigado pelo atendimento.

However, in the face-to-face service I was very well attended, the guy who attended me resolved my problem immediately, apologizing and even offered to deliver this morning. But as I was already there, I asked if I couldn't take the merchandise, and he promptly attended me.
