No dia 08/11 as 12:34 liguei na clinica CDIC de jacaraipe para agendar um ultrason o valor que me foi passado era de R$ 90,00 reais, foi agendado para o dia 11/12 as 09:30. Chegando na clínica a atendente me formou que o valor era de R$100,00 informei que o valor me passado era de 90,00 por algumas vezes e a resposta era sempre a mesma que há diferença de valor entre ultran comum e a gestacional, sendo que no momento da ligação informei que era gestacional então a atendente estava ciente do tipo de ultrason, ainda mostrei uma conversa no celular com meus esposo onde informo que o valor passado era de 90,00 w mesmo assim eles não aceitaram a prova. Resumindo tive que pagar o valor a mais. Considero isso uma falta de respeito e profissionalismo com o cliente pois o erro era da empresa e não minha. O cliente não deve pagar por erros de funcionários.

On 11/08 at 12:34 I called the CDIC clinic in jacaraipe to schedule an ultrasound. Arriving at the clinic, the attendant told me that the value was BRL 100.00, I informed that the amount given to me was 90.00 sometimes and the answer was always the same that there is a difference in value between ultran common and gestational, being that at the time of the call I informed that it was gestational so the attendant was aware of the type of ultrasound, I even showed a conversation on the cell phone with my husband where I inform that the amount passed was 90.00 w even so they did not accept the test. In short, I had to pay the extra amount. I consider this a lack of respect and professionalism with the customer because the mistake was the company's and not mine. The customer must not pay for employee errors.
