★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso dizer sobre o atendimento médico e ambulatorial, pois so fui lá tirar 2 via do cartão, o atendimento foi muito rápido e educado, em cerca de 5 minutos já estava com minha carteirinha em mãos, me surpreendeu, pois fui pensando wue iria demorar e ser mau atendido pelos comentários
I can not say about the medical and outpatient care, because I only went there to take 2 copies of the card, the service was very quick and polite, in about 5 minutes already had my card in hand, surprised me, because I was thinking wue would take and be poorly attended by the comments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone. Um absurdo que para se obter uma simples informação tem que se deslocar até o local. Na lista constam três números, mas em nenhum há o atendimento. A que ponto chegamos hein ?? Paga-se por um serviço deficitário e decepcionante até mesmo para se atender um telefone. Em relação ao agendamento de consultas é outra decepção e das grandes. Arrastam-se por meses. Motivo alegado? Falta de recursos para a contratação de servidores. E o dinheiro pago através dos impostos e demais imposições ao contribuinte?? Continua sendo escoado pelos ralos de corrupções, de alto a baixo, nesse país dos "joesleys e cia". Esses sim, se dão e darão bem, sempre.
They don't answer the phone. It is absurd that in order to obtain simple information, one has to go to the place. There are three numbers on the list, but none are answered. How far have we come huh ?? You pay for a deficient and disappointing service even to answer a phone. In relation to scheduling appointments is another big disappointment. They drag on for months. Alleged reason? Lack of resources for hiring servers. And the money paid through taxes and other charges to the taxpayer ?? It continues to be drained by the drains of corruptions, from top to bottom, in this country of the "joesleys e cia". Those yes, they give and will give well, always.

Pagamos pelo serviço há ANOS e quando precisamos usar nos deparamos com um péssimos atendimento telefônico. Provavelmente o pessoal do ATENDIMENTO precisa ser lembrado que seu emprego só existe em função dos milhares de servidores públicos que os sustentam todos os meses. Fui obrigada a clicar em pelo menos uma estrela pra poder postar o comentário. Por mim, seria ZERO estrelas.
At 3635-3032 it only gives busy, and at 3635-4534 calls and does not answer.
We paid for the service YEARS ago and when we need to use we come across a bad phone service. Probably the CUSTOMER staff need to be reminded that their job only exists because of the thousands of civil servants who support them every month. I was required to click at least one star to post the comment. For me, it would be ZERO stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra que existe telefone nesse lugar se ninguem atende. Quem mora fora de Taubate não consegue agendar consulta. O telefone não atende e o site novo ficou uma droga ninguem consegue fazer mais nada nesse site. O desconto vem todo mês mas parece que vc está mendigando um atendimento quando precisa. E os funcionários , nem parece que é servidor como a gente. Agem como donos do serviço. Descaso total. Será que esses servidores são diferenciados. Ou será pq eles têm acesso ao serviço médico por estarem lá dentro e não precisam passar por tanto desrespeito como a gente. Pq não têm a mínima empatia. Isso é muito triste. Falam tanto mal do SUS. O IAMSP tá bem pior. Me sentindo desencorajada. ???
Why is there a phone in this place if no one answers? Those who live outside Taubate cannot schedule an appointment. The phone doesn't answer and the new site sucks, nobody can do anything else on this site. The discount comes every month but it seems like you're begging for service when you need it. And the employees, it doesn't even seem like a server like us. They act as service owners. Total neglect. Will these servers be differentiated. Or is it because they have access to the medical service because they are there and don't have to experience as much disrespect as we do. They don't have the slightest empathy. This is very sad. They talk so badly about the SUS. The IAMSP is much worse. Feeling discouraged. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora péssimo. Não podem atender telefonema quem dirá atender a população. Não consigo contato nenhum. Triste realidade do país. Qualidade zero. Descaso com a população. E o nosso gestor querendo privatizar tudo...... E vcs poderiam avisar e explicar que o CEAMA fica junto ao DER!!!
So far lousy. They cannot answer a phone call who will say to answer the population. I can't get any contact. Sad reality of the country. Zero quality. Disregard with the population. And our manager wanting to privatize everything ...... And you could warn and explain that CEAMA is next to DER !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É só ler os comentários para entender que todo mundo tem a mesma reclamação quanto ao telefone que ninguém atende quando vc precisa de uma informação ou marcar uma consulta, mas ninguém vai resolver isso, pois é um serviço prestado por funcionários públicos que não estão nem aí com eficiência e satisfação do público. Não sei dizer porquê, mas em SJC a coisa é diferente e o CEAMA de lá funciona bem. Gestão, né.
Just read the comments to understand that everyone has the same complaint about the phone that no one answers when you need information or make an appointment, but no one will solve this, because it's a service provided by public servants who don't care efficiently and with public satisfaction. I can't say why, but in SJC things are different and the CEAMA there works well. Management, right?
