★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente! Por experiência própria, não vá! Pagamos 40 reais no banho, entregamos pela manhã e o dog foi liberado às 15h( até aí tudo bem). Porém, quando cheguei em casa fui observar e acariciar ele, vi uma ferida na testa. Então o levei novamente e quando cheguei lá eles já foram informando que foi "apenas" o pente de aço que passaram. Ou seja, eles já sabiam e não avisaram nada. Não avisaram nada na hora da entrega e muito menos tiveram cuidado na hora de passar o pente ou na hora de dá o banho. O ambiente tem um aspecto muito sujo. Primeira e última vez que levo lá. Se o dog tiver alguma reação alérgica, por se tratar de um pug, vou ao médico veterinário e depois vou levar a nota para eles. Caso recusem, vou tomar as devidas medidas cabíveis.
People! From experience, don't go! We paid 40 reais for the bath, delivered in the morning and the dog was released at 3 pm (so far so good). However, when I got home, I went to observe and caress him, I saw a wound on his forehead. So I took it again and when I got there they were already informing that it was "only" the steel comb that they passed. In other words, they already knew and didn't advise anything. They didn't advise anything at the time of delivery, much less were they careful when combing or bathing. The environment looks very dirty. First and last time I take it there. If the dog has an allergic reaction, because it is a pug, I go to the veterinarian and then I will take the note to them. If they refuse, I will take the appropriate measures.
