★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento para Pets. A Dra. Larissa é um doce de Pessoa e atende muito bem, tanto para consultas, vacinas, tosa e banho. Há também uma lojinha de conveniência com rações, produtos para higiene dos pets e brinquedos. Super indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veterinária excelente, super dedicada e atenciosa. Porém, o serviço de banho e tosa é decepcionante!!! Levei minha cachorra uma vez para um banho, fizeram tosa higiênica sem minha autorização e machucaram a barriguinha dela que saiu sangrando. Ontem minha mãe levou novamente, sem o meu conhecimento, era para me fazer uma surpresa, para chegar de viagem e encontrar ela cheirosa, levou só para dar um banho e tosaram o rosto da cachorra, uma Shihtzu linda de 2 anos com o bigode comprido e um topete maravilhoso, tosaram sem autorização, um corte mal feito, ridículo, cortaram até os cílios da cadela!!!!!! Estou completamente INDIGNADA!!!! Isso não se faz!!! Banho e tosa nesse petshop realmente NÃO RECOMENDO!!
Excellent veterinarian, super dedicated and helpful. However, the bath and grooming service is disappointing!!! I took my dog once to a bath, they had a hygienic grooming without my permission and they hurt her little belly, which was bleeding. Yesterday my mother took it again, without my knowledge, it was to surprise me, to arrive from a trip and find her smelling, she only took a bath and they shaved the dog's face, a beautiful 2-year-old Shihtzu with a long mustache and a wonderful tuft, sheared without authorization, a bad cut, ridiculous, even cut the dog’s eyelashes !!!!!! I am completely OUTRAGED!!!! That is wrong!!! Bathing and grooming in this petshop I really DON'T RECOMMEND!!

No nosso atendimento, ela se preocupou em colocar os prós e cons de cada tratamento proposto, de acordo com a nossa rotina, sempre pensando em otimizar o uso das medicações e isso sem deixar de atender a necessidade do animal que cuido. As instalações são simples, mas não deixam nada a desejar, pois o serviço prestado é de boa qualidade e estão disponíveis para lidar com as adversidades e imprevistos. O preço é acessível e justo, de maneira que quando a conta chega você não toma um susto. Indico muito.
