Carolina em abril e de sexta feira dia 4/8 para cá apresentou uma reação alérgica muito forte, liguei e pedi para falar com ela na sexta e me disseram que só na segunda, ontem liguei várias vezes e ela não retornou as minhas ligações. Hoje pela manhã liguei novamente e ela não falou comigo apenas mandou a secretária avisar que tinha que passar em consulta e só para segunda feira que vem, PORQUE JÁ NÃO ME DISSERAM ISSO NA SEXTA??? eu já teria procurado outro médico. Puro descaso com seus pacientes....não gostei.
 My son went in consultation with Dr. Carolina in April and from Friday 4/8 to here presented a very strong allergic reaction, I called and asked to speak with her on Friday and I was told that only on Monday, I called several times and she did not return my calls. This morning I called again and she did not speak to me, she just told the secretary to advise that she had to go in consultation and only for next Monday, WHY DID NOT I SAY THAT SIXTH ??? I would have looked for another doctor. Pure disregard for his patients .... I did not like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do atendimento do dr. Jaco, fomos eu e meu esposo. Ele deu atenção a nós dois e explicou o caso de cada um, de forma paciente e clara, além da simpatia. Com relação ao atendimento da recepção também não deixou a desejar! O tempo de espera foi razoável, cerca de 20 a 30 minutos, considerando que chegamos em cima do horário agendado e ainda fizemos a ficha.
I really liked the service from dr. Jaco, it was me and my husband. He paid attention to both of us and explained each one's case, patiently and clearly, as well as sympathetically. Regarding the reception service, it was not lacking either! The waiting time was reasonable, about 20 to 30 minutes, considering that we arrived over the scheduled time and still made the record.
