★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma ultrassonografia obstétrica no dia 14 de dezembro de 2020,através do telefone oferecido no site, com a Sra Fátima. O exame foi agendado por ela para o dia 23 de dezembro às 9h. Chegando na Cedimagem para fazer o exame descobri que não havia nenhum agendamento com o meu nome. Enquanto esperava os atendentes resolverem o meu problema vi outros pacientes na mesma situação que a minha. A médica gentilmente aceitou me atender. Precisei aguardar por horas para ser atendida. Foi uma experiência muito desagradável.

Arriving at Cedimagem to take the exam I discovered that there was no appointment with my name. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, marcaram um exame de tomografia em uma data. Chegando a clínica avisaram que era no dia anterior. Tenho provas que a data estava correta. Tentamos marcar de novo e avisaram o técnico está de licença médica e não há previsão. Nunca mais volto nesta Clínica. Falta de consideração com o paciente. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 16.45 para exame agendado as 17h. Duas pessoas chegaram depois de mim e foram atendidas antes,apesar de estarem atrasadas. São 18h e continuo aguardando. Não pretendo voltar a utilizar nem recomendo. Falta de consideração total!
Continuando o lamentável atendimento, em nenhum lugar é informado que não abre no sábado, muito pelo contrário, no site informa que abre , mas aí você pega seu comprovante de entrega de exame que informa entrega com imprescindivel apresentacao deste, gasta para ir até o local pegar o exame no sábados 9:30h e encontra o local FECHADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento, a clínica é extremamente organizada, limpa, sem aglomeração, os exames são muito bem descritos e com riqueza de detalhes.
Inclusive, no meu último exame, a médica responsável pelo laudo da minha ressonância teve toda preocupação e cuidado de pedir para que alguém da clínica me ligasse avisando que eu precisava procurar um ortopedista com urgência (meu caso era cirúrgico).
Graças a esse cuidado e atenção de me avisarem, no dia seguinte, já estava operando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou falar da minha última experiência ao hospital, sempre fui bem atendita, porém da última vez que fui não gostei do tendimento pois nem pediram exame de sangue para meu filho que apresentava somente um quadro de febre alta por 48 horas, a doutora que fez o atendimento parecia na dúvida e muito insegura do que estava fazendo, achei sem paciência com um bebê de 1 ano que estava assutado, simplesmente passou antibiótico no achismo. Espero que melhore o atendimento pois o valor pago não é nada barato.

Tentando entrar em contato a semana toda para conseguir o laudo de minha ultrassonografia de braço e ombro direito, pois realizei meu exame no dia 5/1/2022 e até o momento não recebi nada e como moro em Minas nem acesso aos resultados via web essa clínica tem. Avaliem essa deficiência e a falta de profissionalismo dessa unidade, antes de escolherem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O resultado do meu exame de RM ficou pronto no dia 01/02, mas por problemas de gravação do CD ainda não posso pegar meu resultado. E o pior, eles não têm nenhuma previsão de conserto da máquina, com isso já perdi minha consulta agendada com o ortopedista e minha dor só aumenta já que sem os exames, principalmente sem o CD com as imagens não posso voltar ao meu médico. Isso é um absurdo. Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Como é que um estabelecimento desse, onde trabalha com gravação de CD só tem uma máquina? Ou não tem um suporte para imediato reparo. Estou indignada é completamente insatisfeita com o local.
