O PET é um exame de alta tecnologia usado no diagnóstico por imagem, ajudando o médico no melhor tratamento possível de maneira específica e precisa em inúmeras especialidades. Em Oncologia, por exemplo, o exame tem resultados importantes em linfomas, melanomas, câncer de pulmão, esófago, colorretal, mama e próstata. Também é aplicado com sucesso em Neurologia para avaliação de doenças degenerativas como Alzheimer, Parkinson, entre outras. Na área cardiológica, o PET também pode ser um importante meio para avaliação de viabilidade miocárdica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive na CEDIMEN 3 ou 4x para fazer exames, e sempre sou muito bem atendida.. Desde as meninas que atendem no WhatsApp.. Uma educação, uma paciência incrível!!! E as meninas que atendem no local.. As que fazem todo procedimento antes do exame propriamente.. Por exemplo a Mariana, sempre faz o acesso para o contraste (não sei nem se é esse o nome). Enfim.. É um lugar excelente onde somos tratados com carinho e empatia acima de tudo. Isso sem contar a limpeza e organização do local.. Muito obrigada!!! (Loise)
