★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por enquanto não tenho o que falar deste laboratório, fui realizar os meus exames dia 24/09/20, fui bem atendida, atendimento super rápido...O rapaz que colheu o exame muito legal, educado e gentil...nada a reclamar!!! Me deram o protocolo de retirada dos exames e espero que der tudo certo até lá...Rsrs....Para que eu não venha fazer uma reclamação..Rsrs

The guy who took the exam very nice, polite and kind ... nothing to complain about !!! They gave me the exam withdrawal protocol and I hope everything works out by then ... Lol .... So that I don't come to make a complaint ... Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido agendou um exame as 10:30, 11:50 não tinha sido atendido, quando questionei a atendente a resposta foi de que é assim mesmo p exame que ele precisa realizar é demorado. Se tem um atraso de mais de uma hora pq marca o horário? Falta de respeito principalmente em tempos de covid onde deveriam estar preparado para não segurar o paciente muito tempo no ambiente .
My husband scheduled an exam at 10:30, 11:50 had not been attended, when I asked the attendant the answer was that it is just like the exam he needs to take is time consuming. If you have a delay of more than an hour, why mark the time? Lack of respect especially in times of covid where they should be prepared not to hold the patient in the environment too long.

O laboratório foi indicado pelo meu médico pela confiabilidade que o mesmo emprega nos resultados.
Chegando ao laboratório fui bem recepcionado pelas atendentes que demostram empatia e simpatia durante o atendimento, meu exame foi particular pois o convênio não tem cobertura, mas minha total insatisfação foi com o atendimento da enfermagem, no início do atendimento o rapaz confirmou meu nome e data de nascimento, pediu para eu entrar na sala de coleta e sentar sentar, não realizou a lavagens de mãos, qdo indaguei sobre isto, o mesmo passou apenas álcool nas mãos ( sem técnica alguma) e iniciou a inspeção no meu braço a procura de um acesso venoso para coleta do exame, demonstrava muita insegurança e a técnica muito a desejar, meu braço ficou cianótico e estava doendo de tanto tempo garroteado e de tão apertado que estava, solicitei ao mesmo que retirasse e caso não se sinta seguro de realizar a punção que chamasse outra pessoa, o mesmo ficou respondendo de forma muito ríspida quanto o procedimento que estava sendo realizado, por fim realizou a tentativa de punção sem sucesso e logo chamou outra pessoa. A outra colaboradora veio também não se identificou, não realizou lavagens das mãos e mantinha conversas com o outro colaborador no momento da coleta ( acho que alguns comentários poderiam ser realizados mas não na frente do cliente), realizou 2 tentativas de punção, pq pedi para ela puncionar em outro braço se possível com scalp. Ao término da coleta senti um pouco ar de deboche por parte do rapaz me desejando um bom dia e me chamando por meu segundo nome. Acho que o processo de coleta tem muitas oportunidades de melhoria em seu processo, iniciando por um trabalho efetivo em conscientização sobre lavagem de mãos, ainda mais nos dias de hoje, os colaboradores poderiam ter mais empatia em seu processo de atendimento ao cliente e oferecer uma melhor experiência.Gostaria muito de um retorno do laboratório.

Arriving at the laboratory, I was welcomed by the attendants who show empathy and sympathy during the service, my exam was private because the agreement has no coverage, but my total dissatisfaction was with the nursing service, at the beginning of the service the boy confirmed my name and date birth, asked me to enter the collection room and sit down, did not perform hand washing, when I asked about it, he passed only alcohol on his hands (without any technique) and started the inspection on my arm looking for a venous access for the collection of the exam, showed a lot of insecurity and the technique was much to be desired, my arm became cyanotic and it was hurting from so much time garroted and so tight that it was, I asked him to remove it and if he doesn't feel safe to perform the puncture to call another person, he was responding very harshly as to the procedure that was being performed, finally he attempted the puncture unsuccessfully and soon called someone else. The other collaborator also did not identify herself, did not perform hand washing and had conversations with the other collaborator at the time of collection (I think some comments could be made but not in front of the client), made 2 puncture attempts, because I asked for puncture in another arm if possible with scalp. At the end of the collection I felt a little air of debauchery on the part of the boy, wishing me a good day and calling me by my second name. I think the collection process has many opportunities for improvement in its process, starting with an effective work in raising awareness about hand washing, even more so nowadays, employees could have more empathy in their customer service process and offer a better experience. I would love a return from the lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje num pré feriado e atendida prontamente na recepção e pela enfermeira Cléo. Não sei como seria num dia comum, mas estava vazio e confesso que achei o ambiente da clínica meio esquisito, com um certo aspecto de abandono. A lâmpada do banheiro feminino, por exemplo, estava queimada. Fora isso foi tudo bem. Agora vou aguardar meu resultado, mas eu voltaria se fosse preciso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe super atenciosa e simpática. Fui fazer somente exames de dosagem de progesterona para meu tratamento de FIV. Os resultados saem no dia mesmo. Dependendo da urgência, eles também atendem sem problemas. O atendimento foi bem rápido. Tem estacionamento no local pago.
Super attentive and friendly staff. I was only doing progesterone testing for my IVF treatment. The results come out the same day. Depending on the urgency, they also attend without any problems. The service was very fast. It has paid parking on site.

Não volto mais.
