â â â â â Atendimento nota 10! Amei tudo, indicaria de olhos fechados para os amigos e familiares..! Fui muito bem atendida, meninas da recepção muito atenciosas, assistentes de sala nota 1000, tudo muito bom!

â â â â â Hoje tive a oportunidade de fazer uma RM na unidade do Barreiro. O atendimento excelente, desde o segurança na porta ao mĂ©dico. Mas a enfermeira que deu inĂcio ao preparo, cujo nĂŁo me lembro o nome, estĂĄ de parabĂ©ns, pelo profissionalismo, carinho e respeito aos pacientes.

â â â â â PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia, fiz o ultrassom obstĂ©trico e o mĂ©dico nĂŁo falou um âAâ e fez em menos de 5 minutos. E a demora pra ser atendido? Nem si fala, estava marcado pra 13:50 fui atendida 14:30. NĂŁo recomendo
Bad experience, I had an obstetric ultrasound and the doctor didn't say an "A" and did it in less than 5 minutes. And the delay to be attended? I don't even know, it was scheduled for 13:50 and I was answered at 14:30. I do not recommend

Agendei um exame de imagem para minha avĂł que Ă© cadeirante e comuniquei da deficiĂȘncia e atenção que deveriam ter, minha mĂŁe foi acompanha-la e foi muito mal atendida desde a recepção. O exame foi realizado em 5 mint. pelo mĂ©dico que nĂŁo deu nenhuma atenção e demostrou total falta de paciĂȘncia. NĂO indico.
Bad experience !!!!! I scheduled an image exam for my grandmother who is in a wheelchair and I communicated about the disability and attention they should have, my mother went with her and was very poorly attended since the reception. The exam was carried out in 5 mint. by the doctor who paid no attention and showed total lack of patience. DO NOT indicate.

â â â â â Sou gestante de 35 semanas hipertensa,estive na clĂnica dia 23 de abril 2021.
Meu horĂĄrio estava agendado para as 11:20 cheguei 16 minutos atrasada devido estacionamento.
Quando a secretåria me avisou q toleråvel era 15 minutos,eu questionei pois meu exame era urgente,e eu tinha deslocado 60km da minha vida até a unidade de Betim.
E mesmo não sendo a primeira vez q estava lå,pq de 15 em 15 dias faço ultrassom do dopple particular no valor 240,00,q para mim não e barato.
Ela me informou q o médico estava atrasado q não tinha nem atendido a paciente das 11:00.
Bom eu era de 11:20 tinha duas pacientes na minha frente ainda,mas ele aproveitou e me descartou como se fosse um lixo,falando te atendo na parte da tarde por encaixe ou seja se eu quisesse poderia atender de 13:00 até às 18:00 sem almoço e ficar esperando a a boa vontade desse palhaço sendo q ele jå estava atrasado.
Bom finalizando.
NĂŁo indico...super incompetentes.
Isso e um pouco caso com ser humano.
NĂŁo tem gestĂŁo.
Nem cumpre horårio pra ixigir nada de ninguém.

When the secretary warned me that it was tolerable for 15 minutes, I questioned it because my exam was urgent, and I had traveled 60km of my life to the Betim unit.
And even if it was not the first time I was there, because every 15 days I do ultrasound of the private dopple in the amount of 240.00, which is not cheap for me.
She informed me that the doctor was late that he had not even seen the patient at 11:00.
Well, it was 11:20, there were still two patients in front of me, but he took advantage of it and discarded me as if it were garbage, saying that I answer you in the afternoon for a fee, that is, if I wanted, I could attend from 13:00 until 18 : 00 without lunch and wait for the good will of this clown being that he was already late.
Good ending.
I do not indicate ... super incompetent.
That and a little affair with a human being.
It has no management.
You don't even have time to demand anything from anyone.

â â â â â Completamente chateada com a falta de bom senso e humanidade da clĂnica. Cheguei dentro do horĂĄrio pra fazer meu ultrassom pra ver minha bebĂȘ, eu meu marido e minha filha de 7 anos, na hora que me chamam nĂŁo queriam deixar minha filha entrar e falaram pra deixar ela na recepção, porque nĂŁo pode entrar mais de um acompanhante. Oi ? A recepcionista muito prestativa, ainda disse que era tranquilo ela ficar sozinha na recepção, porque tinha muitas cĂąmeras na clĂnica,ou ela poderia ficar com as recepcionistas pessoas que nunca vi na vida. Minha filha atĂ© se agarrou na roupa do pai com medo de ficar sozinha. ConclusĂŁo, nĂŁo abriram mĂŁo e tive que vir embora sem fazer meu ultrassom. Entendo a questĂŁo da pandemia, mas Ă© um ultrassom obstĂ©trico gente, tinha que escolher entre o pai e a criança pra ficar de fora ? Uma piada nĂ©.
Estou no 9 mes de gestação, em todos os 6 ultrassons em outras clĂnicas que fiz pude entrar com minha filha e meu marido. NĂŁo recomendo.
Completely upset with the clinic's lack of common sense and humanity. I arrived on time to have my ultrasound to see my baby, my husband and my 7-year-old daughter, when they called me they didn't want to let my daughter in and they told me to leave her at the reception, because more than one companion can't enter . Hey ? The very helpful receptionist even said that it was okay for her to be alone at the reception, because there were many cameras in the clinic, or she could stay with the receptionists, people I've never seen in my life. My daughter even clung to her father's clothes for fear of being alone. In conclusion, they didn't give up and I had to leave without having my ultrasound. I understand the issue of the pandemic, but it's an obstetric ultrasound, people, did you have to choose between the father and the child to stay out? A joke, right?
I am 9 months pregnant, in all 6 ultrasounds at other clinics I was able to enter with my daughter and my husband. I do not recommend.
