★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem 14/07 tive um problema a resolver, liguei para a central dos correios, várias vezes e não consegui resolver, me disseram que não podiam fazer nada.. Foi onde liguei para unidade dos Correios do Cambuci, onde a moça de lá o qual não me recordo o nome que me atendeu super bem, me passou a informação que meu objeto estava na nesse centro de distribuição, fui até lá e fui muito bem recebida e atendida pelo colaborador DOUGLAS que mesmo que a unidade não tem atendimento ao cliente, resolveu meu problema e foi super atencioso!!! meu produto não voltou e não tive mais dores de cabeça pelo motivo que me levou lá!!
AGRADEÇO IMENSAMENTE A COLABORADORES COMO O DOUGLAS QUE FAZEM A DIFERENÇA!
 Yesterday, 07/14 I had a problem to solve, I called the post office several times and I couldn't solve it, they told me they couldn't do anything. That's where I called the Post Office unit in Cambuci, where the girl there who I don't remember the name that served me very well, he gave me the information that my object was in that distribution center, I went there and was very well received and serviced by the DOUGLAS employee who, even though the unit does not have customer service, he decided my problem and was super attentive!!! my product didn't come back and I didn't have any more headaches for the reason that took me there!!
I HUGE THANK YOU TO EMPLOYEES LIKE DOUGLAS WHO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se aparecer que o carteiro não foi atendido e sua encomenda veio dessa unidade pode ter CERTEZA que ele nem sequer foi até o seu endereço, dois dias seguidos sem sair de casa para receber a encomenda e falam que não foi atendido. Abram reclamação!
If it appears that the postman was not served and your order came from this unit, you can be SURE that he did not even go to your address, two days in a row without leaving home to receive the order and they say it was not served. Open complaint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei .pois ficam com dinheiro do frete e entrega no correio próximo a casa do cliente para o mesmo retirar , muito errado uma vez que o frete foi pago é obrigação dos correios entrega no endereço indicado ,injusto eu como consumidor pagar frete e depois ter que retirar no correio , já que trabalha desta maneira deveria devolver o dinheiro do frete ..
I didn't like it . because they keep shipping money and deliver it to the post office near the customer 's house for the customer to withdraw , very wrong since the freight was paid , it is the postal service 's obligation to deliver it to the address indicated , it is unfair for me as a consumer to pay shipping and then have to pick up in the mail , since you work this way , you should return the shipping money ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carteiro pela segunda vez não veio fazer a COLETA AGENDADA AO MEU ENDEREÇO E APÓS EXPEDIENTE MANDA NO SISTEMA SEGUNDA TENTATIVA SEM SUCESSO. Sem sucesso pq não veio. Fiquei sexta e HJ no aguardo e nada! Recebem pela coleta da loja e mentem dizendo que fez 2 tentativas???? Se não houve tempo hábil no expediente diga que não houve tempo hábil mas não escreva que fez 2 tentativa pq não fez!
Postman did not come for the second time to do the SCHEDULED COLLECTION AT MY ADDRESS AND AFTER SCHEDULE SEND IT INTO THE SYSTEM SECOND ATTEMPT WITHOUT SUCCESS. No success because it didn't come. I was Friday and HJ waiting and nothing! Get paid for the store collection and lie saying you made 2 attempts???? If there was no time in the office, say that there was no time but don't write that you made 2 attempts because you didn't!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se existe pior CEE que essa, desconheço. Não entregam e ainda tive minha encomenda devolvida, pois mesmo usando caixa postal, inventaram que não acharam ninguém lá.
If there is a worse EEC than this, I don't know. They don't deliver and I still had my order returned, because even using the mailbox, they invented that they didn't find anyone there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebo normal de todos as centrais dos Correios mas essa sempre, sempre me dá problema duas vezes dizendo que tentou entregar na minha casa e diz que a empresa não tem expediente (nem em empresa é o destino)
I receive it normally from all the Central Post Offices but this one always, always gives me a problem twice saying that it tried to deliver to my house and says that the company has no hours (not even in a company is the destination)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra e hoje era o dia da entrega, fiquei atenta o dia inteiro e no aguardo, tenho cachorro e ele sempre late quando chegar alguém (o cachorro não latiu) e o carteiro que DISSE QUE VEIO nem se quer apareceu e informou que não tinha ninguém e voltou como MINHA ENCOMENDA!!! Uma encomenda urgente e é a SEGUNDA VEZ QUE ACONTECE ISSO!
I made a purchase and today was the day of delivery, I was attentive all day and I'm waiting, I have a dog and he always barks when someone arrives (the dog didn't bark) and the postman who SAID HE CAME didn't even show up and informed that he didn't there was no one and it came back as MY ORDER!!! An urgent order and this is the SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED!
