Havia pouca gente na fila, mas ficou óbvio que clientes assíduos e com maior quantidade de volume têm benefícios como preencher formulários no caixa aumentando consideravelmente o tempo de atendimento, mas no meu caso, mesmo faltando escrever apenas uma linha no AR, se recusaram a iniciar o atendimento.
Atendentes com cara de que estão ali prestando um favor e não vendendo um serviço.
Falta sinalização de Caixa Preferencial e os idosos entram e ficam perdidos.
Mas o pior foi que solicitei postagem via Sedex com AR, repeti isso 3 vezes porque a própria atendente me perguntou isso 3 vezes e a pessoa fez postagem como Carta Registrada! Infelizmente só vi isso após chegar em casa.
Se o cliente pede Sedex, é porque tem pressa, é um absurdo o atendente mudar a forma de postagem sem conhecimento do cliente.
Fui até essa agência pela primeira e única vez.

Attendants looking like they are there doing a favor and not selling a service.
There is no sign of the Preferential Box and the elderly enter and get lost.
But the worst thing was that I requested a post via Sedex with AR, I repeated this 3 times because the attendant asked me this 3 times and the person posted it as a Registered Letter! Unfortunately I only saw this after getting home.
If the customer asks for Sedex, it is because he is in a hurry, it is absurd for the attendant to change the way of posting without the customer's knowledge.
I went to this agency for the first and only time.

Mail just like any other. Giant queue, system crashes frequently. The staff are attentive and willing to help.

Great service, fast, requested and polite people. They helped me make a cardboard package because I had no way to pay for the mail package. I paid with a debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendida, não tinha quase ninguém na agência as 9:30 da manhã, o horário é das 9 às 17 de segunda a sexta. Só a localização é ruim e deserta. Ao lado do minhocao que é bem vazia.
