★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. O encanamento da minha casa ficou péssimo, só agora fomos descobrir que a água volta. As caídas do piso também ficaram todas erradas, por isso na hora de lavar o chão a água corre pra todo lado, menos pra onde deveria.
O reboco ficou muito arenoso. Se respingar água na parede a tinta derrete, com massa corrida e tudo. Tive que compra tinta lavável e repintar. Tivemos que chamar um pedreiro por conta própria pra desfazer os vários erros que deixaram na casa.
I do not recommend. The plumbing in my house was terrible, we just discovered that the water is coming back. The falls on the floor were also all wrong, so when it comes to washing the floor, the water runs everywhere, except where it should.
The render was very sandy. If water splashes on the wall, the paint melts, with putty and everything. I had to buy washable paint and repaint. We had to call a bricklayer on our own to undo the various mistakes they left in the house.
