Não atendem o telefone p vc justificar falta ou pedir informações, não tem nenhuma tolerância com atrassos nem p alunos q já saem do trabalho direto p escola que atravessa a cidade p estar lá simplesmente nem deixam a pessoa explicar isso dificulta e desanima o aluno nossa vida é corrida a gente trabalha mora longe não tem dinheiro nem tempo p ficar indo na escola só dar viagem pq se atrasou 5 minutos
There is no flexibility with students working from Monday to Monday. They don't answer the phone p justify missing or ask for information, they don't have any tolerance for delays or p students q they already leave their direct work p the school that crosses the city p to be there simply nor let the person explain it makes it difficult and discourages the student our life it's a race we work live far away have no money or time p stay at school just take a trip cuz it's 5 minutes late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente esse povo funcionário público que não podem ser demitidos, atendem as pessoas de qualquer jeito e se quiserem. Tomara que um dia precisem da ajuda ou do favor de alguém muito urgentemente e não vão ter, pra aprender a se colocar no lugar do outro. O telefone fica dando ocupado, mas não é porque estão atendendo alguém não, é porque deixam fora do gancho que automaticamente vai dar o ocupado e sem esforço nenhum. mas não tem problema não pode deixar, Na hora da diretora pedir voto de 4 em 4 anos é muito bom, mas pra exigir e olhar de perto o trabalho dos funcionários que aí trabalham é só 1 vez a cada 1 mês. O banheiro feminino nunca tem sabonete, e o principal que é um papel higiênico, fora o constrangimento que as vezes a gente tem que pedir na cozinha e passar pelo colégio com papel higiênico na mão até o banheiro. Os professores são ótimos, a estrutura é ótima, mas quanto á atendimento deixa muito a desejar.

The female bathroom never has soap, and the main one is a toilet paper, apart from the embarrassment that sometimes we have to ask in the kitchen and go through the college with toilet paper in hand to the bathroom. The teachers are great, the structure is great, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma solicitação do certificado de conclusão do ensino médio no dia 17 de fevereiro de 2020 e me disseram que com 30 dias estaria pronto, o problema é que já faz mais de de 1 ano e 8 meses e ainda não me entregaram o certificado, ligo e ninguém atende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como faço pra conseguir falar com a diretoria, telefone ninguém atende, e-mail não tem, estou fora do Brasil e não tenho como ter um contato mandei minha mãe ir na segunda umas 09:30 pra 10:00 fechado não tem uma Alma pra dar uma informação sobre meu certificado.... Absurdo.....
How do I get to talk to the board, no one answers the phone, no email, I'm outside Brazil and I don't have a way to get in touch I sent my mother to go on Monday around 09:30 to 10:00 closed there's no Soul to give some information about my certificate.... Absurd.....
