E eles não ficam no lado do cliente. Uma vez eu mandei um email reclamando que tinha gente fazendo barulho na minha porta e eu não conseguia dormir. Simplesmente falaram que eu poderia optar por me mudar.
Don't even try to communicate with whatsapp because it won't be answered.
And they are not on the client side. One time I sent an email complaining that there were people making noise at my door and I couldn't sleep. They simply said that I could choose to move.
