★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Verdade o rapaz que está dizendo que as peças não são originais deveria apresentar um laudo dizendo que as peças não são originais... no caso dele ele quebrou a tela é pediu para a garantia cobrir... porém em nem um lugar ao quebrar a tela a garantia será coberta... sendo assim ele relata algo que não é verdade.

Em um foi trocado a tela duas vezes (a primeira vez a tela não funcionou corretamente, após alguns meses foi trocado novamente a tela), neste foi feito também o serviço de troca do sensor de proximidade (também apresentou defeito). No outro celular, até então, estava funcionando normal, apenas a bateria estava descarregando rápido, pedi pra trocar a bateria e o celular não ligou mais, depois de várias idas na loja, me disseram que o celular queimou a placa mãe e devolveram o telefone sem estar funcionando.
Gostaria muito de estar aqui avaliando positivamente este estabelecimento. Porém, pela demora na solução e de várias idas ao estabelecimento (aproximadamente 3 meses), desisti. Fica aqui o desabafo.

On the other cell phone, until then, it was working normally, only the battery was discharging fast, I asked to change the battery and the cell phone didn't turn on anymore, after several trips in the store, I was told that the cell phone burned the motherboard and returned the phone without working.
I would love to be here positively evaluating this establishment. However, due to the delay in the solution and several trips to the establishment (approximately 3 months), I gave up. Here is the outburst.
