★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cobram um absurdo e não dão garantia direito. Comprei uma capinha (R$60) e um anel que cola na capinha (R$50) que deu defeito em menos de 4 meses de uso. Não quiseram trocar.
Nunca mais volto lá.
Lousy service, charge absurd and do not guarantee right. I bought a cape (R $ 60) and a ring that sticks to the cape (R $ 50) that was defective in less than 4 months of use. They didn't want to change.
I'll never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carregador por indução que não funciona, troquei com muito custo por duas vezes e não funciona, os produtos não tem compatibilidade com Iphone fora que o Pós venda é horrível,o sorriso só fica no rosto até vc pagar no caixa. Se não quer se arrepender, NÃO COMPRE!
I bought an induction charger that doesn't work, I changed it very cost twice and it doesn't work, the products don't have compatibility with Iphone outside that the After Sales is horrible, the smile just stays on your face until you pay at the cashier. If you don't want to regret it, DO NOT BUY!

Dia 20/06/21 comprei um cabo USB tipo C no quiosque Cellairis no Shopping Cidade São Paulo. Esqueci em casa o meu carregador Samsung e precisava recarregar com urgência o meu celular. No momento da compra, fui informada pela vendedora que o cabo era de transferência/recarga rápida, e esse foi o objetivo da minha compra. Tentei recarregar o celular no carro e no percurso de 48 minutos foi recarregado apenas 2% da bateria. No hotel para completar 98% restante demorou 4h 38 minutos!!!!
No dia seguinte, fui no quiosque/loja realizar a troca devido ao produto nâo cumprir o prometido. Era outro vendedor, o mesmo fez teste com vários cabos USB e todos mostravam no visor do celular recarga lenta, superior há 2 horas ou mais (o celular já estava com 58% de carga)
Não quis mais o cabo e solicitei o dinheiro de volta, porém o vendedor recusou, relatando que faria apenas a troca do produto. Ele tentou justificar a demora da recarga dizendo que poderia ser a bateria do meu celular, colocando defeitos, porém ele fez o teste no próprio celular e viu que todos os cabos que prometem na embalagem "recarga rápida" estava ultrapassando mais de 2 horas para recarregar o seu celular que já estava com carga superior a 40%.
Meu celular é novo e recarrega rápido. Os cabos USB são caros, paguei R$ 90,00 apenas por um cabo, produto que deve custar 15 reais no Centro ou lojas de camelô com resultado satisfatório, algo que não encontrei no produto adquirido na Cellairis.
O vendedor disse que a supervisora não autorizou a devoluçâo do dinheiro, ou seja, tive que ficar com o cabo USB ( ele testou mais de 4 marcas diferentes) e nenhum deles cumpriu o que oferece na embalagem, propaganda enganosa.
NÃO RECOMENDO CELLAIRIS, totalmente insatisfeita com o produto e serviço prestado!
EXPENSIVE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!
On June 20, 21 I bought a USB cable type C at the Cellairis kiosk at Shopping Cidade São Paulo. I forgot my Samsung charger at home and urgently needed to recharge my cell phone. At the time of purchase, I was informed by the seller that the cable was a quick transfer/recharge cable, and that was the purpose of my purchase. I tried to recharge my cell phone in the car and in the course of 48 minutes only 2% of the battery was recharged. At the hotel to complete the remaining 98% it took 4h 38 minutes!!!!
The next day, I went to the kiosk/store to carry out the exchange due to the product not fulfilling what was promised. It was another seller, he did a test with several USB cables and they all showed slow recharge on the cell phone display, higher than 2 hours or more (the cell phone was already with 58% charge)
I no longer wanted the cable and asked for the money back, but the seller refused, reporting that he would only exchange the product. He tried to justify the delay in recharging by saying that it could be my cell phone battery, putting defects, but he did the test on the cell itself and saw that all the cables that promise "quick recharge" in the package were taking more than 2 hours to recharge your cell phone that was already charged more than 40%.
My phone is new and recharges fast. USB cables are expensive, I paid R$ 90.00 just for one cable, a product that should cost 15 reais in downtown or street vendors with satisfactory results, something I didn't find in the product purchased at Cellairis.
The seller said that the supervisor did not authorize the refund of the money, that is, I had to keep the USB cable (he tested more than 4 different brands) and none of them fulfilled what they offer on the package, false advertising.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND CELLAIRIS, totally dissatisfied with the product and service provided!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar 0 estrelas, eu daria. Os produtos vendidos nesse loja são caros, porém de péssima qualidade. Comprei uma capinha por aproximadamente 100 reais, e a mesma começou a descascar com menos de 2 semanas. Fui lá loja pra efetuar a troca e não tinha nada para o modelo do 7 plus. Solicitei a devolução , a atendente disse que só com o gerente e informou que o mesmo só estaria la durante dias úteis. Vendo os outros comentários aqui, percebo que o problema é geral.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The products sold in this store are expensive, but of poor quality. I bought a cape for approximately 100 reais, and it started to peel after less than 2 weeks. I went to the store to exchange it and there was nothing for the 7 plus model. I requested the return, the attendant said that only with the manager and informed that he would only be there during working days. Seeing the other comments here, I realize that the problem is general.
