★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo, porém fomos pra comprar um aparelho e levar pra casa, mas não tinha nenhum na loja. O vendedor sugeriu pra comprar pelo site da loja e ele faria a compra na hora, e chegaria em 3 dias, mas preferimos comprar de casa mesmo.
 Great service, but we went to buy a device and take it home, but there was none in the store. The seller suggested to buy through the store's website and he would make the purchase on time, and it would arrive in 3 days, but we prefer to buy from home.

Fui na iPlace do Shopping Cidade Jardim e me informaram que iPhone 13 Pro Azul 128gb à vista saia 8.500 e alguma coisa, como não tinham pronta entrega, me sugeriram procurar em outra iPlace - porque, segundo o vendedor, os preços seriam tabelados. Liguei para a iPlace do Cidade São Paulo e perguntei da disponibilidade do aparelho, me disseram que tinha e a vista saia 9000 e pouco. Quando mencionei a outra iplace o vendedor se enrolou e começou a dizer : ah isso é sem caixinha, sem acessório!
Eu perguntei como assim e ele não soube responder e terminou dizendo que era 8500 o preço. Achei a conversa estranha e desliguei o telefone.
Talvez seja falta de conhecimento do vendedor, talvez seja algum esquema que estão fazendo nesta unidade - não sei! Achei melhor relatar.
Poorly clarified pricing!
I went to Shopping Cidade Jardim's iPlace and they informed me that iPhone 13 Pro Azul 128gb at sight was 8,500 and something, as they didn't have prompt delivery, they suggested I look for another iPlace - because, according to the seller, the prices would be fixed. I called the iPlace of Cidade São Paulo and asked about the availability of the device, they told me it had and the view was 9000 something. When I mentioned the other iplace, the seller got involved and started saying: oh, this is no box, no accessory!
I asked how so and he didn't know how to answer and ended up saying that the price was 8500. I found the conversation strange and hung up the phone.
Maybe it's the seller's lack of knowledge, maybe it's some scheme they're doing on this unit - I don't know! I thought it best to report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar, alguns funcionários parecem ter preguiça de explicar algumas coisas e não tem aquele tato esperado pra venda. Quanto aos produtos são de alta qualidade e preço convencional como em outros lugares/lojas.
The service leaves a little to be desired, some employees seem to be lazy to explain some things and don't have that expected tact for the sale. As for the products, they are of high quality and conventional price as in other places/stores.

Atendentes sem vontade, pouco empáticos e com a sensação de que querem atender todos rapidamente para eles irem embora. Longe de ser uma cultura Apple de experiência de qualidade. Se procura um atendimento diferenciado prefira escolher Apple Store Morumbi.
I've been an Apple customer for years and the face-to-face service doesn't come close to the service at the Apple Morumbi store, for example. Attendants unwilling, not very empathetic and with the feeling that they want to serve everyone quickly so they can leave. Far from being an Apple culture of quality experience. If you are looking for a differentiated service, choose Apple Store Morumbi.
