★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIQUEM LONGE! A loja conta com técnico de informática que me indicou carregador (caro e de péssima qualidade) que produziu vários danos no Notebook. Gastei uma nota com o conserto, além de ter diversos prejuízos de tempo e de trabalho! Ao voltar na loja, expliquei o ocorrido, os funcionários puderam falar ao telefone com o técnico de informática que efetivamente consertou meu computador e, mesmo assim, não aceitaram ressarcir o valor do carregador. Produtos vagabundos e péssimo atendimento. Simplesmente fiquem longe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência possível, fui atendido pelo técnico de celulares Bernardo, o qual sequer realizou o check list do aparelho e já levou para troca de bateria que era o único serviço que eu precisava no momento .ao retornar pra buscar meu aparelho ,um iPhone 7 ,ele diz que o botão home não funcionava, principal botão pra quem salva suas senhas na biometria. Eu disse que estava funcionando normalmente é se tivesse realizado check list teria verificado as condições do aparelho.na verdade ele danificou o conector do cabo flex do botão home ao abrir o aparelho ,no final das contas teve que trocar a tela colocou uma paralela e ainda perguntou se eu podia ajudar ele a pagar a tela porque sairia do seu bolso . Só não acionei a polícia porque já estava de cabeça cheia no dia .
