The air conditioner was not working very well. The service is good and the waiting time in the queue is regular. There are enough chairs for the number of people waiting for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento pedi uma religaçao na quarta deram um prazo de três dias até ai tudo bem.chegou na sexta foi ligado pra central q me deu um outro prazo d até 5 dias.ou seja na hora d cobrar a taxa da ligaçao d emergência eles cobra mas na hora d fazer logo a ligação eles nao faz preciso q faça logo pra entregar uma casa pra entrar nessa e nao posso entrar sem energia.horrivel
I did not like the service I asked for a reconnection on Wednesday they gave a period of three days until then everything was fine. It arrived on Friday it was connected to the central office that gave me another period of time up to 5 days. Or be it at the time of collecting the emergency call fee they charge but at the time d make the call right away they don't need to do it right away to deliver a house to get into it and i can't get in without energy.horrible
