★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui as 14 horas do dia 8 de abril levar meu celular para consertar, fiquei meia hora esperando ser atendido!! Uma moça estava de conversa fiada com cliente enquanto a outra foi atendendo às pessoas e ignorando minha presença! Dps de ser ignorado fui embora. Não recomendo pra ninguém esses estabelecimento com atendentes totalmente despreparadas!!
I went at 2 pm on April 8 to take my cell phone to fix it, I spent half an hour waiting to be attended to !! One girl was chatting with a client while the other was attending to people and ignoring my presence! Dps of being ignored I left. I do not recommend these establishments to anyone with totally unprepared attendants !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de eu ter levado meu iPhone em outras duas assistências e terem me cobrado 200,00 para trocar o conector de carga, então resolvi levar na Robercell e lá o técnico deu um trato no conector é nao precisou trocar e sabe quanto ele me cobrou? Nada. por isso eu recomendo muito pois está difícil encontrar técnico honesto!!!
After I took my iPhone in two other assistances and charged me 200.00 to change the charge connector, then I decided to take it to Robercell and there the technician gave the connector a deal and did not need to change and you know how much he charged me? Nothing. so I highly recommend it because it is difficult to find an honest technician !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trocaram a tela do meu celular em fevereiro 2021. Colocaram uma tela errada que não tem biometria nem sensores e falaram que logo que chegasse a nova tela, a correta, trocariam. Estamos desde então sem retorno, não respondem no whatsapp, não funciona o telefone e vamos para o quinto mês aguardando.
Também é péssimo o atendimento, não estão empenhados em resolver e muito menos dar uma posição sobre o problema.
They changed the screen of my cell phone in February 2021. They put the wrong screen that doesn't have biometrics or sensors and said that as soon as the new screen arrived, the correct one, they would change it. Since then we have not returned, they do not respond on whatsapp, the phone does not work and we are going to the fifth month waiting.
The service is also terrible, they are not committed to solving it, much less giving a position on the problem.

Mandei arrumar um celular, todas as vezes que eu fui lá, eles me falavam que o celular tava funcionando e ainda estavam testando.
No dia 15/09 fui lá retirar o celular, eles me informam que o celular não está funcionando, recebi o celular ainda cm defeito.
Terrible service via whatsapp, I sent several messages and never got back.
I had a cell phone ready, every time I went there, they told me the cell phone was working and they were still testing it.
On the 15/09 I went there to remove the cell phone, they inform me that the cell phone is not working, I received the cell phone that was still defective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja!!! Enrolam mais de uma semana com seu celular e quando devolvem sem arrumar vem faltando Peça e dizem que devolveram, fora o atendimento que é horroroso! Se pudesse não dava nenhuma estrela, não indico a absolutamente ninguém!
E quem quiser serviço de qualidade indico a cell.com.
Terrible store!!! They spend more than a week with their cell phone and when they return it without fixing it, the piece is missing and they say they returned it, apart from the horrible service! If I could, I wouldn't give any stars, I don't recommend it to anyone!
And if you want quality service, I recommend cell.com.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento mais de uma semana enrolando com o celular pra depois vim falar que não tem concerto e o celular vem faltando peças tanto dentro como por fora,levei em outro técnico q arrumou em duas horas! Não recomendo esse lugar além do péssimo atendimento não tem consideração nenhuma pelas suas coisas!
Terrible service for more than a week messing around with the cell phone and then I came to say that there is no concert and the cell phone is missing parts both inside and out, I took it to another technician who fixed it in two hours!
