Agendei para trocar a tela do meu celular na data de hoje às 19:00hs, enviei mensagem confirmando se estava tudo ok e me confirmaram que sim.
Ao chegar na loja no horário combinado simplesmente me disseram que a Tela do meu celular não havia chegado e que era pra eu deixar la e ir buscar o aparelho no dia seguinte como se fosse fácil assim, sendo que eu já havia enviado mensagem confirmando se a tela já estava lá justamente para não perder viagem pois sou de Itupeva e só tenho esse aparelho e preciso dele.
Tive custos com combustível e estacionamento do shopping, além da perca de tempo devido a FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO da loja.
Desculpas não pagam o prejuízo que eu tive!
Estou indignada com o que fizeram.

I scheduled to change my cell phone screen on today's date at 19:00 pm, I sent a message confirming that everything was ok and they confirmed that yes.
When I arrived at the store at the agreed time, they simply told me that my cell phone screen had not arrived and that I was supposed to leave it there and go get the device the next day as if it were that easy, and I had already sent a message confirming that the screen was already there just so I wouldn't miss a trip because I'm from Itupeva and I only have this device and I need it.
I had costs with fuel and parking at the mall, in addition to wasting time due to LACK OF COMMITMENT by the store.
Excuses don't pay for the damage I've had!
I am outraged at what they did.
