★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não mandam boleto , não atendem no 0800 não respondem whatsapp um descaso com o cliente. Fora os juros abusivos se arrependido matasse estaria morta por ter comprado um lote com eles
 They don't send billet, don't answer at 0800, don't answer whatsapp a disregard with the customer. Apart from the abusive interest, if I regretted killing I would be dead for having bought a lot with them

NAO FAÇAM NEGÓCIO COM ESSA EMPRESA, PORQUE VOCÊ SO VAI PASSAR RAIVA E VAI TER O SEU SONHO POSTERGADO.
THIS COMPANY IS PURE INSURANCE WITH THE CUSTOMER, THEY HAVE ALIENATED THE NEW LAND TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION, WE HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY CAIXA AND TO MAKE THE REMOVAL OF THE ALIENATION THE GROUP GAVE A DEADLINE IN WHICH WE WILL LOSE THE CAIXA TERM, WHICH WE WILL HAVE THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN. DON'T DO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE YOU WILL ONLY PASS ANGER AND WILL HAVE YOUR DREAM POSTPONED.

A Sanches & Sanches empresa que atuava com eles é péssima, falta de comprometimento total... agora estão com a empresa Fênix que é um pouco pior do que a Sanches! Há mais de uma semana entro em contato para negociar umas parcelas e não tenho resultado nenhum, já anotaram meu telefone umas 10 vezes para um posterior retorno, e até agora nada!! Estou muito decepcionada...

Sanches & Sanches company that worked with them is terrible, lack of total commitment ... now they are with the company Fênix, which is a little worse than Sanches! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima pelo q vejo o certo era fechar a empresa falta de respeito, responsabilidade para com o cliente q tem q implorar para ser atendida fiquei simplesmente 38 min esperando uma resposta da atendente e nada e isso é pq eu tô querendo pagar imagina os outros tipos de problema .péssimo e os valores um roubo decepcionada

A Sanches & Sanches empresa que atuava com eles é péssima, falta de comprometimento total, mudaram para a empresa Fênix que é bem pior do que a Sanches. Há mais de TRES meses entro em contato para fazer a rescisão, pois os juros são abusivos, juros sobre juros e nunca tem fim, e não tenho resultado nenhum, já anotaram meu telefone umas 50 vezes para um posterior retorno, e até agora nada!!

Está empresa é péssima, não tem comprometimento nenhum com os clientes. Tive uma enorme infelicidade de ter adquirido o lote deles. Não passam informação, não dão desconto em quitação, juros alto. Horrível. Estou avaliando sobre a questão de processo judicial seriamente.
If I had a ZERO grade I would give it.
This company is terrible, has no commitment to customers. I had a huge misfortune to have acquired their lot. They don't give information, don't give discounts on discharge, high interest. Horrible. I am taking the issue of legal proceedings seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que não respeita cliente e não abate nada do valor pago há 10 anos pagando um terreno que juros e um absurdo e quando vc pede a quitação eles não abatem nenhum valor não tiram nada já e a 3 vez que tento negociar e não consigo o jeito sera entrar com advogado e ter que processar está empresa
Company that doesn't respect the customer and doesn't deduct anything from the amount paid for 10 years paying a land that interest is absurd and when you ask for a discharge they don't deduct any amount they don't take anything away and the 3 time I try to negotiate and I can't find the way it will be to file with a lawyer and have to sue this company
