I congratulate Cema Imobiliária, especially Mrs. Laiza, for the professionalism, speed and promptness with which they sold my property. Even though I live in another state of the Federation, I managed to carry out all the procedures, including payment via bank financing, without having to be in Rio de Janeiro. I always felt total security in all the information passed on to me. Congratulations to the Cema Team!!!

Levei um imóvel para alugar ou vender e o corretor me mandou a avaliação por áudio do WhatsApp sendo que o apartamento está em inventário e no mínimo precisaríamos de uma avaliação por escrito para ser informada aos herdeiros. Quando me responderam que por escrito teria um custo de um salário mínimo. Ou seja, falta de profissionalismo e ganância. Fuja!!!
Terrible real estate!!! I took a property to rent or sell and the realtor sent me the WhatsApp audio assessment and the apartment is in inventory and at the very least we would need a written assessment to be informed to the heirs. When they answered me that in writing it would cost one minimum wage. In other words, lack of professionalism and greed. run away!!!

O imóvel em questão não era de 'propriedade' da CEMA, mas fui acompanhada em todos os momentos e sempre que precisei do apoio ou intervenção dela fui super bem atendida.
A CEMA é um imobiliária com diferencial no atendimento aos clientes.
Great service from CEMA, especially from Rebeca Gomes from the visit to the end of the process.
The property in question was not 'owned' by CEMA, but I was accompanied at all times and whenever I needed her support or intervention I was very well attended.

Great!!! I was contacted by the Cema brokerage, Flávia, and over the course of 3/4 months we visited some properties whose photos interested me.
