★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administradora fornece pastas desorganizadas. Um gerente da empresa disse que o Fundo CEDAE é para ficar negativo, uma demonstração de despreparo. Como menbro do conselho, formulei o rateio para que os fundos: CEDAE; 13⁰ salário e ferias ficassem adequados e que o rateio cobrasse o valor justo.
Dado este exemplo, fica claro que a empresa não dá solução alguma; são meros burocratas e ainda cobram 13⁰ salário.
Ademais, as informações do site são imprecisas quanto à inadimplência e os balancetes mal elaborados. Assim, tenho que ter um trabalho extra para remontar os números e analisar tudo em excel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, isso porquê estava interessada em alugar um imóvel e pelo contato que fiz via whatsapp o atendimento foi terrível, a pessoa que me atendeu foi super grossa. Fica a dica, se não sabe trabalhar com pessoas, pare. Atendimento, hospedagem e educação é tudo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, enviei 5 e-mails solicitando a retirada dos meus dados após a minha saída do imóvel alugado, em todos eles recebi a resposta que os dados haviam sido alterados. Mesmo assim depois de todas as supostas alterações , além de e-mail do boleto de condomínio, comecei a receber sms. Tentei contato por telefone, dada a ineficiência do e-mail, porém todos os telefones que se encontram no site não funcionam.
