Sempre fiz curso na Cemal por conta da empresa que trabalho mas pela conversa que tenho com os alunos vejo que os preços estão média do praticado no mercado. Oferecem lanches logo de manhã e coffee breaks ao longo dos cursos.
Good structure .. objective courses and with good instructors! ... Excellent location, very close to the bus station, in Macaé center.
I always did a course at Cemal because of the company I work for but from the conversation I have with the students I see that the prices are average of the market. They offer snacks in the morning and coffee breaks throughout the courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, principalmente com a atendente Carla! Falta de comunicação assertiva! Prioridade na escola é pra quem paga primeiro , mesmo que você agende o atendimento para efetuar o pagamento da sua matrícula nós cursos.
Fiz contato com a atendente , agendei , não obtive sucesso no atendimento infelizmente por falta de informações. Pós passado as devidas informações , fiz os procedimentos adequados para matrícula , enviei os documentos e não obtive retorno no contato para conclusão da até então matrícula. No dia seguinte me desloquei até a unidade para efetuar o pagamento e chegando na Unidade já não havia mais vagas para a data combinada e fui informado de que o não pagamento adiantado não manteria a vaga pra mim por que eles atendem pessoas físicas e jurídicas e a prioridade é de quem paga primeiro. sendo que não consegui efetuar o pagamento anteriormente por falta dos documentos solicitados por ela após a tentativa e depois de ter conseguido ela já havia posto outra pessoa na vaga.
É de suma importância que haja comunicação franca e assertiva entre vendedor e cliente.
Odiei o atendimento da unidade, não recomendo e estou pensando em entrar com uma medida administrativa por causa do constrangimento!

I made contact with the attendant, made an appointment, but I was not successful in the service unfortunately due to lack of information. After passing the appropriate information, I made the appropriate procedures for registration, sent the documents and did not get a return in the contact to complete the registration until then. The next day I went to the unit to make the payment and when I arrived at the Unit there were no more vacancies for the agreed date and I was informed that non-payment in advance would not keep the vacancy for me because they serve individuals and companies and priority is who pays first. being that I was unable to make the payment previously due to lack of documents requested by her after the attempt and after having succeeded she had already put someone else in the vacancy.
It is of paramount importance that there is frank and assertive communication between seller and customer.
I hated the service at the unit, I don't recommend it and I'm thinking about taking an administrative measure because of the embarrassment!
