Depois do parto sequer ligou pra saber como estĂĄvamos. Acompanhamento do SUS Ă© melhor que o dela. Era melhor nĂŁo termos encontrado ela para acompanhar a gravidez. Decepção total

My two high-risk pregnancies, and Dr Marta always attended me, welcomed and advised me very well. I'm just grateful to have her as my obstetrician and gynecologist.

VocĂȘ informa qual o plano no atendimento via WhatsApp e a consulta Ă© marcada 1 mĂȘs depois, na consulta descobre que nĂŁo aceita o plano e a explicação Ă© mais descabivel que jĂĄ ouvi, marcamos a consulta pra tratar pessoalmente a possibilidade de pagamento pela consulta, pois nĂŁo aceitamos seu plano. Que falta de respeito, perdi meu tempo preciso.
Terrible attendance. â â â â â Entrei em contato com a clĂnica porque precisava de uma consulta com urgĂȘncia, fui informada pela atendente que a clĂnica aceitava meu convĂȘnio ( Amil) cheguei no dia da consulta, deixei meu documento e 15 minutos depois a recepcionista veio me dizer que nĂŁo aceitava meu plano, perdi meu tempo, dinheiro de uber e oportunidade de marcar em outro lugar porque nĂŁo tiveram o cuidado de explicar que sĂł aceitam alguns convĂȘnios da Amil, e nĂŁo a Amil de forma geral como me foi passado. PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia e descaso total

â â â â â NĂŁo posso avaliar a mĂ©dica como profissional pq nunca consegui marcar uma consulta com ela. Tento desde setembro de 2021 uma consulta pelo WhatsApp, telefone e e-mail e nĂŁo sĂŁo respondidas. Pelo WhatsApp, mesmo online eles nĂŁo respondem. Atendimento pĂ©ssimo.
I cannot evaluate the doctor as a professional because I was never able to make an appointment with her. I have been trying since September 2021 to make an inquiry via WhatsApp, phone and email and they are not answered. By WhatsApp, even online they do not respond. Terrible service.

Starting with the receptionist who doesn't answer us and when she does and from a tremendous lack of education I didn't have a good experience and I have friends who didn't have either, I have unpleasant conversations with her until today saved on my whatsapp, the doctor I prefer not even talk!!! A feather .

â â â â â Se quiser passar raiva tente marcar uma consulta, a gente liga e ninguĂ©m atende em nenhum dos dois telefones, mandar mensagem no wpp sĂł respondem o dia que bem querem (e quando respondem), estava tentando marcar uma consulta e sĂł me estressei, nem por e-mail responderam.
A Dra Marta pediu para que eu entrasse em contato pelo wpp quando houvesse qualquer problema, mas é inviåvel, pois ninguém responde.
Minha consulta que pedi urgĂȘncia quiseram marcar pra 1 mĂȘs depois.
Ia fazer uma cirurgia com ela, mas desisti por tamanho descaso pra conseguir entrar em contato com a Dra.
Um verdadeiro desrespeito ao paciente.

My appointment that I asked urgently wanted to schedule for 1 month later.
I was going to have surgery with her, but I gave up due to such neglect to get in touch with Dr.
A real disrespect to the patient.
