★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo, porém instalar suporte para retirada de senhas e instalação de um painel indicando o número da senha a ser atendida seria ótimo para o bom andamento do atendimento ao público.
The service is great, but installing support for removing passwords and installing a panel indicating the number of the password to be answered would be great for the smooth running of the service to the public.

Péssimo igual ao serviço dessa empresa. Carangola a cidade de seduz, de dia falta água e a noite falta LUZ! ( Frequente)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é espaçoso, água gelada no bebedouro, as atendentes parecem ter preguiça de fazer as coisas , não gostam de preencher os formulário pra quem precisa por alguma dificuldade, a uma rampa no local , mais para cadeirantes bom seria se a rampa ao invés de subida fosse reta com a rua , o atendimento é rápido, mais sem muitas informações adicionais aos clientes
The place is spacious, the water is cold in the water cooler, the attendants seem to be too lazy to do things, they don't like to fill out the forms for those in need due to some difficulty, to a ramp in the place, more for wheelchair users it would be good if the ramp instead of going up was straight with the street, the service is fast, but without much additional information to customers
