Long time-consuming care, almost 3 hours in the clinic and not attended to yet, lack of respect and ethics with people. I do not have the day off to stay here, that's better then ... Well, companies should be ashamed in the face of sending people here ..... What a partnership, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as duas atendentes são grosseiras e mal educadas a ponto de nem responder um bom dia. O atendimento é por ordem de chegada, mas é muito demorado! As próprias atendentes reclamam entre si referente a quantidade de gente e a demora, disseram que o doutor não estava dando conta, quando uma pessoa foi reclamar. O médico faz uma série de perguntas pré prontas numa folha e mal te examina, a consulta durou exatos 10 minutos.
Fora que você mesmo tem que imprimir os documentos para exames ocupacionais, eu não sabia que não podia ser impresso frente e verso, quando entreguei para a atendente Tatiana, ela super grossa me deu uma bronca dizendo que não podia ser assim, que aquilo era uma guia; mas não tinha recebido instrução que não podia ser assim e depois ainda teve má vontade de reimprimir os documentos, deixando minha ficha por último. Cheguei às 10h e sai às 13h. Aguardando uma consulta de 10 minutos.
Creio que precisam realmente melhorar no atendimento, em todos os quesitos!!! Não é a primeira vez que venho neste lugar e é sempre da mesma forma, lamentável!!!!
Poor service, the two attendants are rude and rude to the point of not even answering a good day. Service is on a first come, first served basis, but it takes too long! The attendants themselves complain among themselves regarding the number of people and the delay, said that the doctor was not able to handle it, when a person went to complain. The doctor asks a series of pre-made questions on a sheet and barely examines you, the consultation lasted exactly 10 minutes.
Aside from the fact that you have to print the documents for occupational exams yourself, I didn’t know it couldn’t be printed on both sides, when I handed it to the attendant Tatiana, she was super thick saying that it couldn’t be like this, that it was a guide; but I hadn’t received any instructions that couldn’t be like that and then I still had a bad desire to reprint the documents, leaving my record last. I arrived at 10 am and left at 1 pm. Waiting for a 10 minute consultation.
I believe they really need to improve their service, in all aspects !!! It is not the first time that I come to this place and it is always the same way, unfortunate !!!!
