NÃO REALIZAM PERSONALIZAÇÃO OFICIAL!
Comprei uma camisa para presente, onde a loja me informou que realizaria a personalização oficial na hora.
Quando a camisa chegou, a loja disse que não possuía insumo para a personalização.
A gerente da loja alegou que já faziam dois meses que não possuíam o insumo, mas esta informação não foi passada durante a venda.
Além disso, não utilizam a personalização oficial. Você paga 300 reais em uma camisa para eles fazerem uma personalização genérica, que na verdade, não fazem.
Sem contar as mentiras e o péssimo atendimento pós venda.
Procurem as lojas oficiais dos times, que realizarão uma personalização oficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, na noite de domingo do dia 27/03/22 por volta das 19:30 hrs fui até a loja da Centauro no Shopping MAIA, juntamente com minha namorada, onde fui pela terceira vez atendido pelo prestador de serviço Eduardo que se dedicou para realizar a venda de um tenis da marca Champions Rally Pro número 43 mas devido a falta de comunicação com a gerente fui enganado pela propaganda enganosa relatada pelo vendedor que o tênis estava certo para ser entregue na segunda feira dia 28/03.
O que me surpreendeu e piorou ainda mais o atendimento onde o funcionário de nome PAULO se portou de forma incoveniente junto a mim que sou cliente e me afrontou de forma arrogante e sujando a forma de antendimento que acredito não seja o cartão de visita da loja Centauro.
Péssimo o atendimento, mentira, enganação e funcionarios perdidos e sem feição natural junto aos clientes.
Irei tomar uma atitude na esfera jurídica para que ninguem passe por essa situação triste da falta de educação e profissionalismo de uma pessoa despreparada para o atendimento ao serviço.
PAULO é um prestador de serviço que mancha a loja CENTAURO e espero providências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz alguns meses, neste lugar tinha uma linda livraria que todo mundo gostava. A avaliação no google mapa daquela livraria é a mais alta e qualificada dentro deste shopping.
Agora, quem toma este lugar é uma loja medíocre. Dentro da avaliação geral, é possível de ver quão a loja é ruim. Pessoalmente, quando fui a essa loja, me desmoralizou mais ainda.
Primeiramente por que tomou o lugar de cultura por uma loja que fica tocando musiquinha idiot4 toda hora.
Em segundo lugar, por que a qualidade dos produtos eram um horror. Normalmente, o que esperamos nesse tipo de loja de esporte grande é que tenha produtos de qualidade com preço de mercado. Porém ali não tem nenhum produto de qualidade.
Como assim? estariam perguntando.
Os produtos de qualidade não são vendidos na loja. Tem um painel tablet no meio da loja em que o funcionário falou para procurar lá o que eu queria porque não vendia na loja.
Foi assim que eu percebi. Que neste lugar não tem itens de qualidade. Por exemplo, não vende a bola de futebol ou baseball ou vôlei ou basquete proffisional. Eles te encaminham para aquele famoso tablet para procurar por si mesmo e depois largam você lá e afinal você não compra nada por que não dá vontade mesmo.
A loja é um tumutuado de tênis e roupas assim como os outros, sem graça, porém que as pessoas que passam por lá sentem a tesão e é atraída pela quantidade de produtos medíocres.
É uma tristeza completa para quem mora perto e em guarulhos não poder ir mais naquela livraria para ler e tomar um cafezinho.
