★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comi o hot holl , mas pq estava com muita fome, mas muito oleoso e esfarelando acredito que não foi bem manuseado, sou cliente de vários em vários shopping, porém o do shopping maia ruim, quem sabe uma próxima visita venha a melhorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que dar uma estrela porque não seria possível fazer a avaliação, mas nas duas últimas vezes que pedi o atraso na entrega já foi superior a 1h e SEM QUALQUER REPARAÇÃO!
Para a minha TOTAL DECEPÇÃO E FALTA DE RESPEITO, no último, além do atraso o MEIO POKE chegou o MEIO DO MEIO POKE, sim, metade dele estava vazio!
Só recebi porque o pagamento já tinha sido efetuado pelo app e daria mais dor de cabeça, fora a FOME de 2h de espera, considerando o previsto e o atraso!
NUNCA MAIS PEÇO, PELA FALTA DE RESPEITO E REPARAÇÃO PELO TRANSTORNO.
I had to give a star because it wouldn't be possible to do the review, but the last two times I ordered the delivery delay was longer than 1h and WITHOUT ANY REPAIR!
To my TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND LACK OF RESPECT, in the last one, in addition to the delay, the HALF POKE arrived the HALF OF HALF POKE, yes, half of it was empty!
I only received it because the payment had already been made through the app and it would have given me more headaches, apart from the 2-hour HUNGER waiting, considering what was expected and the delay!
I NEVER ASK AGAIN, FOR THE LACK OF RESPECT AND REPAIR FOR THE DISORDER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Pedi um Katsu Karê e me enviaram simplesmente uma "gororoba" se é que podemos chamar assim. Longe de ser um prato típico japonês, em sabor, apresentação e embalagem. Se desse, certamente teriam colocado dentro de um copo de 1lt...bem diferente da apresentação do cardápio. Lamentável uma rede fast food dessa trabalhar com o alimento e tratamento ao cliente dessa forma. Nunca mais!
Bad experience! I ordered a Katsu Karê and they just sent me a "slop" if we can call it that. Far from being a typical Japanese dish, in taste, presentation and packaging. If they could, they would certainly have put it in a 1lt glass...very different from the menu presentation. It's unfortunate that a fast food chain like this works with food and customer service in this way. Never!
