★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja fica no Shopping Boulevard em Vitória da Conquista. Segue a mesma estrutura das demais. Em algumas vezes não fui abordada por algum funcionário para verificar se precisava de ajuda, especialmente quando eu precisava perguntar alguma coisa, desisti da compra e fui em outra loja.
This store is located on Shopping Boulevard in Vitória da Conquista. It follows the same structure as the others. Sometimes I was not approached by an employee to check if I needed help, especially when I needed to ask a question, I gave up on the purchase and went to another store.

Faltou treinamento do responsável pelo envio, já que NÃO SE ESVAZIA NEM MUITO MENOS SE AMASSA UMA BOLA TERMOCOLADA. Tive que esperar vários dias para receber o produto e depois ter que me envolver numa devolução. Muito chato.
I bought a thermocolated soccer ball over the internet. By the sender on the package, they came from that store.
There was a lack of training for the person responsible for sending, since it WAS NOT EMPTY OR LESS THAT A THERMOCOLATED BALL IS MASSED. I had to wait several days to receive the product and then have to get involved in a return. Very boring.
