★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente indignada. Nunca imaginei que a Centauro fazia distinção de pessoas por perfil. Cheguei na loja com a minha filha e ao perguntar sobre o Jump, a vendedora talita fez pouco caso. Quando eu puxei o dinheiro do bolso, ela mudou o discurso e começou a me tratar melhor. Não quis mais que ela me atendesse e tirei a dúvida com o vendedor DIEGO. Caso eu volte pra comprar, procurarei o mesmo. Caso não o veja, terei que me arrumar melhor ou já entrar na loja com o dinheiro na mão pois a talita gosta de analisar o perfil do cliente.
Espero que minha mensagem seja lida e respondida.

I am extremely indignant. I never imagined that Centauro distinguished people by profile. I arrived at the store with my daughter and when I asked about Jump, the saleswoman Talita ignored it. When I pulled the money out of my pocket, she changed her speech and started treating me better. I didn't want her to attend to me anymore and I answered the question with the DIEGO seller. If I go back to buy, I will look for the same. If I don't see it, I'll have to get better or go into the store with the money in my hand because Talita likes to analyze the customer's profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Centauro,mas geralmente compro pela internet e retiro na loja o que não interfere em nada no tratamento que recebo pois são todos muito cordiais e gentis e ontem pude constatar que não é só quando compro que sou bem tratada.
Fui até a loja pesquisando preço de mochilas e quando já estava saindo do Shopping meu filho que estava comigo disse ter esquecido o fone dele na loja ( o rastreador no telefone apontava naquela direção) Ao retornar a loja pedi auxílio a duas jovens, uma delas de nome Bárbara. Meu filho sem encontrar o tal fone, já em desespero e essa jovem com toda calma, paciência e gentileza nos acompanhou nessa busca. Até que ela notou que meu filho estava com um fone, no ouvido ( sem perceber) e o outro, no carregador portátil,sem se dar conta de nada. Ela nos alertou e ele muito envergonhado ,a abraçou agradecido. Quis relatar aqui o meu agradecimento a loja Centauro e em especial a essa jovem, pois meu filho é bipolar e em situações assim entra em surto, mas ela com sua calma e doçura, conseguiu até fazê-lo sorrir.
Vou repetir o que disse a ela: Que Deus te abençoe, fortaleça e capacite para que você possa receber a todos com o mesmo cuidado e atenção. Bárbara , você é bárbara!
Centauro, parabéns pela equipe de funcionários. São pessoas assim que fazem o bom nome de uma empresa!
I am a Centauro customer, but I usually buy online and take it out of the store, which does not interfere with the treatment I receive because they are all very cordial and kind and yesterday I could see that it is not only when I buy that I am treated well.
I went to the store researching the price of backpacks and when I was leaving the mall my son who was with me said he had forgotten his phone at the store (the tracker on the phone pointed in that direction) Upon returning to the store I asked two young women for help, one of them from name Barbara. My son couldn't find that phone, already in despair and this young woman with all calm, patience and kindness accompanied us in this search. Until she noticed that my son had one headset in his ear (without realizing it) and the other, in the portable charger, without realizing anything. She warned us and he very embarrassed, hugged her gratefully. I wanted to report here my thanks to the Centauro store and especially to this young woman, because my son is bipolar and in situations like this he goes into an outbreak, but she with her calm and sweetness, managed to make him smile.
