★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um grande transtorno em comprar dois sapatos por esta loja; um descaso muito grande e falta de empatia pela parte da gerente Fabíola, a única coisa que me fez voltar à loja após um dos sapatos abrir uma ferida no meu pé foi o atendimento (presencial) excelente do vendedor Darlan e o e-mail de atendimento (virtual) da Evelyn. Espero que a empresa filtre melhor os funcionários que lidam com PESSOAS antes de contratá-las
I had a big trouble buying two shoes from this store; Fabíola's manager was very neglectful and lack of empathy, the only thing that made me go back to the store after one of the shoes opened a wound on my foot was the excellent (face-to-face) service from the seller Darlan and the customer service email (virtual) from Evelyn. I hope the company better filters employees who deal with PEOPLE before hiring them
