★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente ,não tive uma boa experiência ,pois o horário marcado não foi cumprido,além do mais a atendente me disse que o carro estava quebrado e que iria demorar mais 20 min,sendo que já estava atrasado 30min.
Por fim o motorista chega em minha casa para levar o meu pet, eu falo que não iria mais por causa do horário, ele me falou que estava em outra loja por isso da demora e não tinha carro quebrado nenhum pura mentira!!!!!
Acredito que uma transparência no atendimento e está no horário correto faz a diferença no estabelecimento,principalmente nos que são prestadores de serviço.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience, because the scheduled time was not met, and the attendant told me that the car was broken and that it would take another 20 minutes, being already 30 minutes late.
Finally the driver comes to my house to take my pet, I say I would not go because of the time, he told me he was in another store because of the delay and had no broken car no pure lie !!!!!
I believe that a transparency in service and is on time makes the difference in the establishment, especially those who are service providers.

Sempre levei todos meus cachorros lá e indico pra todo mundo.
