Mas graças a persistência da Rafa, hoje ela está curada e feliz ?? junto com irmão Anfonso, que tbm foi recebido com muito amor e carinho lá na clínica.
Profissionais excelentes, muito atenciosos e cuidadosos, não tem dia nem hora, estão sempre prontos para atender.

I am extremely grateful to Rafa, Dennis and the entire team at Mundo Pet, for taking such good care of my Melissa, when they had already given me a diagnosis that there would be no cure for her cancer ? But thanks to Rafa's persistence, today she is cured and happy ?? together with brother Anfonso, who was also received with a lot of love and affection at the clinic.
Excellent professionals, very attentive and careful, there is no day or time, they are always ready to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já conhecia a dra Rafaela por ter acompanhado amigos que levaram seus pets ao seu consultório, portanto eu já conhecia todo seu potencial, porém agora que precisei levar meu filhote e precisamos passar por atendimento e cirurgia fiquei ainda mais encantada. Não há palavras que possam expressar todo o bom atendimento desde o pisar na porta até o entrar no carro de volta pra casa. Estou muito satisfeita com todo tratamento dispensado por todos da clínica. Pessoas além de profissionais muito humanas, competentes e compreensivas. Uma equipe fantástica. Parabéns dra Rafaela.
I already knew Dra Rafaela for having accompanied friends who took her pets to her office, so I already knew her full potential, but now that I needed to take my puppy and we need to undergo care and surgery I was even more delighted. There are no words that can express all the good service from stepping on the door to getting in the car back home. I am very satisfied with all the treatment given by everyone at the clinic.
