★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei horário em uma consulta, cheguei na hora exata e demoraram quase 2hrs para me atender. O médico me atendeu com má vontade e as pressas, me fazendo aguardar ainda mais no intervalo entre um exame e outro. Não recomendo este lugar para ninguém, uma total falta de respeito com o paciente.
 I made an appointment for an appointment, arrived at the exact time and took almost 2hrs to see me. The doctor attended me grudgingly and in a hurry, making me wait even longer in the interval between one exam and another. I don't recommend this place to anyone, a total lack of respect for the patient.

Terrible service, they treated my grandmother very badly the 2 times she went, I would not recommend it to anyone, they arranged with her 14:40 pm 18:30 everyone was seen, including those who arrived later
total neglect
I'm glad I preferred not to go , because I wanted to see her abuse in my presence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na primeira consulta dia 05/07, depois voltei lá mais duas vezes, dia 13 (para exames) e dia 22/07 onde o médico "olhou" os exames e disse q eu estava apta pra operar e era só agendar com a secretária. A mesma disse que teria data para o dia 29/07 ou 05/08, depois pelo WhatsApp disse que o centro cirúrgico n funcionaria esses dias. Enfim, eu mandava msg para ter uma posição e era respondida dias depois, mas no dia que pedi a conta bancária para transferir o reembolso, respondeu quase que na hora. Sempre dizia que ia ver com o centro cirúrgico e não via, minha última msg pedindo uma posição foi dia 01/09 e nada, encontrei outro local para fazer a cirurgia e que nesse local conseguiram aprovação do plano em menos de 48h e já tenho data marcada. Avisei que não desejava mais os serviços deles e hoje ela respondeu dizendo que ia mandar pro responsável para marcar minha cirurgia. Não recomendo a clínica pela demora na marcação da operação e pela falta de consideração com o paciente.
I went to the first appointment on July 5th, then I went back there twice more, on the 13th (for exams) and on the 22nd of July where the doctor "looked" at the exams and said I was able to operate and I just had to schedule it with the secretary . She said that it would have a date for 7/29 or 8/05, then through WhatsApp she said that the surgical center would not work on those days. Anyway, I sent a msg to have a position and it was answered a few days later, but the day I asked for the bank account to transfer the refund, it responded almost immediately. I always said I was going to the operating room and didn't see it, my last msg asking for a position was on 09/01 and nothing, I found another place to do the surgery and that in that place they got the plan approved in less than 48 hours and I already have a date checked. I told her that I no longer wanted their services and today she replied saying that she was going to send it to the person in charge to schedule my surgery. I do not recommend the clinic because of the delay in scheduling the operation and the lack of consideration for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível falar por telefone, péssimo atendimento, diz que você é o quarto da fila aí demora 10 minutos para dizer que você é o próximo da fila e quando chega na sua vez vc. volta para último da fila. PÉSSIMO!!!!!!!!
Impossible to talk on the phone, bad service, says you're the fourth in line then it takes 10 minutes to say you're next in line and when it's your turn you. back to the last in line. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando o atendimento é pessoalmente, é ótimo. Mas pelo telefone é horrível. Ninguém te atende, você liga e da caixa postal, manda mensagem no ZAP, responde depois de semanas ou meses. Estou aqui fazendo uma crítica construtiva: Melhorar essa recepção da clínica, porque todo o resto, ao que deu pra ver. É excelente!
When the service is in person, it's great. But over the phone it's awful. Nobody answers you, you call and voice mail, send a message on ZAP, respond after weeks or months. I am here making a constructive criticism: Improve this reception of the clinic, because everything else, as far as I can see. It is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez cirurgia de catarata nos dois olhos através de pagamento particular. Fomos muito bem atendidas pelo Dr Ricardo Reis que sempre se apresentou muito atencioso. A cirurgia foi realizada sem intercorrencia e até hoje minha mãe só tem a agradecer pois não precisa mais de óculos. Melhorou muito a a qualidade de vida dela. Infelizmente a equipe do atendimento realmente não é das melhores e a espera é certa em qualquer dia ou qualquer horário.
My mother had cataract surgery on both eyes through private payment. We were very well attended by Dr Ricardo Reis who was always very attentive. The surgery was performed without complications and to this day my mother can only be grateful because she no longer needs glasses. It greatly improved her quality of life. Unfortunately, the service team is really not the best and the wait is right on any day or any time.
