Voltei na loja para fazer a troca por uma igual, sendo na tonalidade AMARELA, e aproveitar para comprar mais uma.
O funcionário pegou minha nota fiscal, levou na gerência, e me informou em seguida que não tinha sido autorizada a troca.
Pedi para falar com a gerente, e ela não se deu o trabalho de vir ao meu encontro. Me atendeu por uma janelinha inferior do vidro do caixa, de forma muito enfática, dizendo que a empresa não troca produtos após 24h.
Os funcionários visivelmente constrangidos, me pediram desculpas, e falaram que eles não tinham culpa.
É lamentável ver o despreparo de uma loja de pequeno porte, para lidar com um cliente. Fiquei com um prejuízo pífio de R$ 45,00, e com a certeza de que nunca mais voltarei nesta empresa.
I made a purchase of an LED strip (white color) a few days ago.
I went back to the store to make the exchange for an equal one, being in the tone YELLOW, and take the opportunity to buy one more.
The employee took my invoice, took it to management, and then informed me that the exchange had not been authorized.
I asked to speak to the manager, and she didn't bother to come to me. He answered me through a lower window in the cashier window, very emphatically, saying that the company does not exchange products after 24 hours.
The employees were visibly embarrassed, apologized to me, and said that they were not to blame.
It is unfortunate to see the unpreparedness of a small store, to deal with a customer. I had a paltry loss of R $ 45.00, and with the certainty that I will never return to this company.
