★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um guarda roupa e uma beliche na center móveis,me entregaram direitinho mas o que me deixou insatisfeita e muito chateada foi que,está fazendo 12 dias hoje que ñ vieram armar os móveis,me foi prometido que a armação seria por conta da loja,e ñ dão nenhuma satisfação,eu até hoje no aguardo,isso está me trazendo um transtorno enorme
I bought a wardrobe and a bunk bed at the furniture center, they delivered it to me, but what made me dissatisfied and very upset was that, it's been 12 days today that they didn't come to set up the furniture, I was promised that the frame would be on account of the store, and ñ give no satisfaction, I wait until today, this is bringing me a huge inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou novo cliente na loja e já me decepcionei. Comprei 3 itens importante e caro. A informação que me deram com afirmação, era que seria entregue em 8 dias, na cidade de Boa Vista do Tupim... infelizmente isso não aconteceu. Confesso que não tenho mais vontade nem de receber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto de comprar na loja, atendimento da funcionara é ótimo. Porém a loja em si pra atender melhor os cliente é terrível. Pra entregar produtos dentro da cidade é uma demora, comprei um produto deu defeito mandaram pra assistência n m deram outra até q devolva a minha e estou necessitando. Pensei em fazer mais compra mas cm essa falta d atenção cm o cliente desanima, n resolvem os problemas como deveriam!! E s eu fizer uma compra maior, imagine ???
I like to buy at the store, the service is great. But the store itself to better serve customers is terrible. To deliver products within the city is a delay, I bought a defective product sent for assistance n m gave another until q return mine and I am in need. I thought about making more purchases but with this lack of attention the customer is discouraged, they do not solve problems as they should !! And if I make a bigger purchase, imagine ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si tem realmente tem excelentes produtos, o atendimento dos funcionários é bom, porém o prazo para armar demora demais o que contribui para não fidelizar os clientes. Eu particularmente comprarei lá só em último caso.
The store itself has really excellent products, the service from the employees is good, but the time for setting up takes too long which contributes to not retaining customers. I will particularly buy there only as a last resort.
