★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade da internet varia muito, atendimento/manutenção do aparelho bom, comunicação péssima, falta de profissionalismo e atenção já tive Internet cortada alegando falta de pagamento isso com transferência realizada, comprovante enviado e ok no atendimento por WhatsApp, ocorreu por dois meses seguidos, passei uma semana enviando mensagem sem retorno até esclarecer, demoram de responder ou simplesmente não dão retorno as comunicações de queda de internet ou até mesmo pagamento.
Internet quality varies a lot, service/maintenance of the device is good, poor communication, lack of professionalism and attention I have already had the Internet cut off, alleging lack of payment, this with transfer performed, voucher sent and ok in the service via WhatsApp, it occurred for two months in a row, I spent a week sending no return message to clarify, they take a long time to respond or simply do not return the communications of internet drop or even payment.
